Great experience!  Robert responded to my initial voice mail very quickly and was able to come out the same day.  He explained in detail what was happening with our basement walls, why he thought it was happening and what he could do about it. When I emailed him a few days later with a question he was very quick to respond and even called me to make sure I understood everything.  Nice guy, great job.  We are very happy!!

Robert from Epic Masonry Restoration returned my call for help promptly and set up and appointment to come out and review the problem.  He was professional both on the phone and in person, showed up when he said he would, and came up with an affordable proposal to fix the problem.  The Epic work was completed on time as promised at the bid price.  I would highly recommend Robert and the Epic team.

Great.  Not only did he repair the crack we asked about, but also continued the repair down the wall to ensure it would not continue.  He sought out the source of the crack and removed the issue. 

Robert was extremely professional, very easy to work with, and the quality of his work is outstanding.  This Spring we had a severe water leak in the basement as the snow started to melt (followed by rain) and we asked him to come at as soon as his schedule allowed. He contacted us immediately when another appointment was cancelled and arranged to come to our house earlier than originally planned. He arrived spot on time, assessed the situation thoroughly, made several helpful suggestions, and then got straight to work on the core crack repair. Despite further melting and now almost 8 days of straight rain, the basement has been bone-dry and we couldn't be more satisfied. He really exceeded our expectations even from professional services and we highly recommend him to anyone needing similar work done.

We had a large amount of water coming into our basement and a lot of standing water outside. We called Epic and they came out to take a look in less than 2 hours. After assessing the situation, they were back later in the evening to patch up the window. They were incredibly responsive, great to work with, and the price was very reasonable, especially considering the fast turnaround.
We are so glad that we found Epic Masonry and will definitely use them again this spring/summer to re-grade and put concrete down. Highly recommended.

Robert was prompt and listened to all of my concerns regarding recent water damage in our basement.  He suggested a fix that avoided major excavation/disruption and was able to get to our project in a very timely fashion.  The work was done with attention to detail with quality materials and workmanship.

The local Camden neighborhood had an article about Epic, and I decided to contact Robert. I did not have actual water leaks in the basement, but rather light seepage through the block walls. Robert proposed coating the interior basement walls with a product that would help with moisture, but was very honest about telling me that this may not be a 100% cure. I decided to proceed with the interior work, and Robert also recommended a heavy caulking product between my sidewalk and foundation as well as a moisture proof coating on the outside of the above grade blocks. The work was all completed earlier this fall, and I am very pleased with the results. I have not had any water seepage through the walls, and I plan to do some additional grading around the foundation in the Spring which I believe will also be helpful.Robert always returned calls promptly, was on time for appointments and to work, thoroughly explained the process and products that he would be using, and was very flexible about scheduling work at my convenience. An overall very good experience with a contractor that I can recommend to others.
