Chalet Dental Care

The crown molding took a long time the first appointment. The second appointment to set the crown was fast. The dentist took her time to make sure the crown was comfortable and to my liking. The front desk team was very nice and greet you by your name and checks you in as you walk in. The billing department were efficient and were able to find out how much my dental insurance was going to cover for the year 2018 and gave suggestions on how I can save (I needed other dental work).

I would highly recommend Dr Fredrickson. I was a new patient last December with an extensive medical and dental history and he spent a lot of time with me reviewing it. I was looking for a new dentist because my prior restorations were done with very poor color matching. These were from some other so called cosmetic dentists in Eagan and St Paul. Thousands of dollars spent on crowns, none of them matched or related to my native teeth very well. Dr Fredrickson started with replacing two composite fillings and they were a perfect match. I was quite impressed, as he spent a lot of time with getting the color just right, the shaping of the teeth, and the polishing. This summer he will work on possibly crowning another tooth. A somewhat recent large composite filling from the other dentist was not done very well and that tooth is not very functional or stable. Overtime, as my pocketbook allows, we will work on some of the poorly matched crowns. I am relieved to have found Chalet Dental Care and Dr Fredrickson. He is a compassionate, very knowledgeable, and ethical dentist. He takes the time to make sure things are done both correctly, and so it is esthetically pleasing. He is without a doubt, the best dentist I have ever gone to.

I have used chalet dental care for 15- 20 years.I used them last year. They do a good job and they are very respectful and helpful. They are excellent in their services.

We have been happy with them. They are busy, and you have to make your appointment ahead of time. If you make it in advance, they are available. They are very good on punctuality, and the staff is fine. I don't have any complaints about them. We have used them for 4 years, and we continue to use them.

My husband was looking for a dentist nearby as the one used in the past was a good 35 minute drive.  This was a positive experience close to home. His quote:  "It was my best experience at a dentist ever."

Great! My child had a good experience and is not scared of going to the dentist at all.

We've been really happy with them.  They're friendly and do a great job.  They have great service and we've probably use them again even though we've move a little further away from there.

I have been going to them for 10 years. They are very kid friendly and put sunglasses on the kids during the appointment. Everyone is very personable and they offer good hours. I like the dentist herself. Scheduling an appointment is easy and they can put you on a cancelation list just to get in sooner.  They also work really well with my insurance.

It went fantastic. The waiting room is neat. The staff is always on top of their game. Everything about the place is spot on. They have a great scheduling system, they even send out texts and emails to remind you of appointments. They know your name when you walk through the door. I would tell friends and family to expect top notch service.

I would highly recommend them. They're professional, their service is incredible, and their pricing is fair. I used to go to another dentist who charged a higher price and not even nearly as professional as them. They were responsive enough to let me come in right away for an emergency.

I have been very pleased with their service. They have their own sort of dental program if you don't have dental insurance. They do a very good job. I've been very happy with them.

I love this dentist.  I am very nervous about my teeth.  Previously, I had a bad experience.  Chalet's staff have helped me schedule my family for regular appointments. They provide a safe and welcoming and environment.   I really appreciate the care that was given.

We like them a lot. They have state of the art technology. The main dentist consult with companies that made dental equipment and so as a result, they really have up to date equipment that they use. They're friendly. They have good follow through. If you're dealing with insurance issue or billing issue, they're very pleasant and they have good follow through.

I was concerned that there wouldn't be enough tooth left after the old filling was ground out and I would have to get a crown, but Dr. Fredrickson felt the tooth could be saved, and indeed it was. He filled it with composite material and worked it to try and fit the shape of the tooth. The anesthesia was especially good since, with the exception of the initial jab of the needle, I didn't feel anything. He also mentioned a new toothpaste, 3M Clinpro 5000, that might help my situation, so I'm trying that.

I had a great experience with them, I'm extremely pleased. They're professional and they did a good job and it was very comfortable.

I was so impressed with all the staff at Chalet Dental.  They didn't make you  feel foolish for putting off dental care.  They understood the fears some people have.  They were kind, empathetic , and did a fantastic job with replacing both teeth with new porcelain ones.  They even had me set up a meeting with the person who makes the teeth to approve the color he was matching with my current teeth!  
They just all make you feel at home.  I would highly recommend them!

Everything went flawlessly, the experience was quite pleasant.

We like them very well. the hygentist are fabulous and they are great with children the dentist are fine but you spent most of the time with the hygienist. My kids love this dentist and love to go. I think its all about the hygienist. they have a very nice and clean office and they are polite.

They provide good dental care.  I would recommend them.
