We moved out of state and knew we would be back someday. Patrick Hogan of PH Property Management successfully marketed our St Paul condo townhouse and kept it continuously leased out for three years. Upon our return to St Paul we found the condo to be in perfect condition with no noticeable wear and tear. Patrick and his staff were always very responsive to any questions or requests we had throughout the years. Payments were always promptly deposited into our account. When we needed to come back to St Paul before the end of the current lease, Patrick and his staff worked with our tenants to negotiate an early termination of the lease and get us back in our home.
