We have an off-peak water heater system which requires 2 waterheaters. The smaller one was old and needed to be retired before it caused major damage. My husband was referred to Knights Plumbing and they came and installed a new water heater on 11/8/11. Fast forward to 5/14/2013 and we awoke to not having hot water in the house. We immediately called Knights Plumbing and they came over and diagnosed that it was not the actual waterheaters, but that it was electrical and they couldnt help with that. Since there wasnt any electrical hum coming from either water heater Troy suspected that it was a blown fuse and had me take a picture of the blown fuse and go to Menards and buy new ones. I asked what I owed him for the house call and was super suprised when he said, nothing, I was in the area and it doesnt appear that I can help. Go get the fuses and try that first, if that doesnt work call me and we will dig deeper. It did end up being the fuse, and I will be recommending Knights Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing services.

We had a full basement put under our home and the contractor did not have licensed plumbers, among other workers. Our second bath was not able to be used much as the toilet would plug constantly. We finally checked when the grandkids told us they flushed colored pensils and toilet paper down, but the water would not go down. We spend hours checking pipes and found nothing. Still the toilet would not flush. DJ's Hardware in Albertville highly recommended Knight's Plumbing so I called them. They came and showed me exactly what was wrong and showed me measurements. I told them I could not afford much and really just wanted an estimate. He thought and then asked if $950 would be too much. I told him fine and when could he do it. He checked his book and in two days we were all set. It was more work then he thought, but he stuck to the cost quoted and did a great job. He cleaned up afterwards and only left us with the old toilet to get rid of. I am now going to have him come and do other remodeling for us. He said to check the contractor to make sure all of his crew are licensed for what they do.
