Structure Tech

I highly recommend Structure Tech. I was having small ceiling water stains in an upstairs bedroom the last couple of winters and I could not figure out what was causing them. I had used Structure Tech for home inspections in the past and was impressed with their thoroughness and excellent reports, so I contacted them to see if they could find the cause. Nick Pickert from Structure Tech Home Inspections spent a long time inspecting the attic and building structure and was able to identify the cause. But he went even further in looking at our home for other issues and found a window that had lost its insulating gas so that we can get it replaced under warranty. He also gave us great advice on some other things we should do to avoid some future problems. Nick lives in the Lake Minnetonka area, so highly recommend him and Structure Tech for home inspections or finding single issues with your home.

We needed a home inspection due to many problems, primarily attic insulation and ventilation issues. Bryan did a great job pinpointing the source of the problems. He also adjusted the cost of inspection since we did not need electrical, etc. Bryan was knowledgeable, responsive and considerate of our home and belongings. The report was prompt and thorough. We would definitely hire him again.
