Larry knew exactly what we needed. He was calm when problems came up, delivered above and beyond. He repaired problems after we signed off with no charge. He hires good talent who are also personable. I have referred him to several friends and he is now working with my brother's home. Can't say enough good things about him.

We are so happy we chose Executive Remodeling for our complete kitchen remodel. Thanks to their incredible designer we went from an inefficient and dated 1949 kitchen to a beautiful fully functional kitchen. Her budget was spot on and included custom made cabinetry. Our project manager kept the entire remodel on time and kept us informed of the next step in the project along the way. The owners came out weekly to our house to check the progress. We also had the hardwood floors in the main living area refinished. They look brand new, we couldn’t be more happy with the result! Again, we highly recommend executive Remodeling for whatever your remodeling needs are. They are professional and a true pleasure to work with.

Everyone we talked to was very professional. They listened to what we wanted and did not try to upsell anything. They were realistic on timelines and cost. They were very responsive to questions.

We had an incredible experience with Executive remodeling in our recent remodel. We completely renovated our mudroom, removed a closet and replaced it with a butlers pantry and transformed another closet into a food/storage pantry. We worked together on all aspects of the project start to finish. The entire team was easily accessible via phone/email/text anytime. Dave was our on site project manager and he was AMAZING. He was in touch daily with progress reports, any questions/concerns and was always on time. They not only stayed within budget but they also stayed within the time frame they quoted which was a big concern of ours when we initially decided to do the project. Overall we were extremely happy with the project and will definitely be recommending their team to friends and family.

In the confusing world of home remodeling and contractors, the team from Executive Remodeling are a breath of fresh air. Very business like and professional, meticulous planning and CAD design advice, excellent and responsive resources. Highly recommend!

My experience with Executive Remodeling was excellent. There was easy and regular communication between me and Executive Remodeling and their subcontractors. I thought the subcontractors, electric, plumbing, tiling, flooring, cabinets, were conscientious and knowledgeable. Giving a rating on Value for Money is hard. I knew what I wanted, and the differences in products and cost were explained and detailed. Of course, I would have liked to pay less, but I trusted Executive Remodeling, and I did get what I wanted, so the Value for Money was justified.

The team at Exec is communicative, capable, well versed in the industry and always wants to make sure everything goes exactly as planned and is within budget. The work that was completed is exactly as we had wanted and the final product is fantastic. The reason it isn't a perfect 5.0 across the board is due to a few contractor communication issues that caused a lot of extra work. These issues were taken care of in a timely fashion and were of high quality n the end but could have been avoided in the first place with better communications with the sub contractors. I would highly recommend the Executive Remodeling team for future projects! Thanks Again!

Executive Remodeling did a great job renovating our laundry room. They improved the heating and plumbing while increasing the storage. The plan was well thought out and executed, and communicating with the team was easy.

We loved our experience with Executive! Our project was completed seamlessly with little stress, great communication and high quality.

Executive Remodeling converted our old, cold basement, play room with a worn out fifties decor and ceiling tiles of various heights for vents and pipes into a warm and inviting relaxation/entertainment room with an attached bathroom, a walk-in closet, and library nook. The area is now contains two Lazy Boy recliners, a flat screen TV and is decorated with a half century of memorabilia. Using block glass windows as replacements for the old window well panes provides a softer light and higher security. Thanks to Stacey for understanding the myriad requests and organizing them into a coherent plan. The crew was efficient and always friendly. Special mention should be made of Reed who always was ready to stop by to correct a problem, omission, or add that special touch.

Excellent company to work with. The scheduling was coordinated, the contractors were excellent, and the kitchen turned out absolutely beautiful. Could not have asked for a better company to work with.

I really liked working with Executive Remodeling. Their customer service was top notch. They assigned a Project Coordinator to my remodel... and he kept me informed of progress and answered any questions I had promptly. They provide design experts to help you make color and product choices, which really helped me out. The contractor work was all solid. I will say that the project took longer than initially planned, but I was not on any time table so it was not a factor to me. Good people to work with. I would hire again!

Our experience from the very beginning was positive. Everyone was great to work with. They gave us great advice, taking our dreams forward to what was doable. All the trades were professional, cleaned up well, courteous, They finished within our budget and we'd heartily recommend them to others!

Very professional and everyone remembered at the time of the remodeling project, I was living in my home and they were very easy to work with. They also gave me a time line of what was going to be done the following week, they kept up with the schedule and they completed the project on time.

Excellent. Prompt and great workmanship. very little disruption to our routine and cleaned up professionally. Handled the dealings with the insurance company as repair was caused by hail damage. This made the whole process easy. They also brought all the samples to our house for selection which was very efficient for us. Highly recommend Executive Remodeling.

They took an old basement and turned it into an awesome living space with a bedroom, bathroom, and family room. Larry was great to work with. Every step of the process he offered us multiple options so we were able to pick the one that best fit our needs and budget. Very honest. I am getting ready to have them do a screened in patio this spring. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

We did a complete demo & renovation of the basement. Early in the project, there was a lack of communication that resulted in us not knowing what to expect on any given day. Also, the subcontractors were juggling multiple jobs & often didn't show up when expected. This resulted in the project dragging out for several months. About halfway through, Mike sold the business, & the new owners were intentional about wrapping up existing jobs before taking on more. Both the communication & cadence improved. The finished product is a very usable & bright living space. We were not able to fundamentally change the layout due to fixed features (stairs, fireplace, furnace), but the results are satisfactory. In general, the workmanship was very good, though a couple of the subs needed to return to correct some relatively minor issues. The employees of Executive Remodeling (especially Duane) were responsive & easy to work with. I would guardedly recommend this company, as we went through the ownership change, but I expect the new owners will work hard to improve the communication & scheduling issues we experienced.

Don't even know where to begin. Horrible experience with these folks. One delay after another & only reason we ever got was scheduling issues. Quoted 6 to 8 weeks but at 12 weeks in they said they never quoted us that. Took 13 weeks! Was a 11x8 kitchen & 6x7 bath. Their contract states there would be days no one would be here. Should state most days no one will be here! Average work week about 2 to 5 hours. Per week! The contractors that came out did put in a couple honest days & did good quality work but the Executive crew not so much. Took it to studs & started over. Demo took forever! We ended up doing the demo in bath cuz simply got tired of waiting on this crew. Tub had to be pulled & reseated. Not enough support under it. A surround was put in that one could clearly see wasn't going to work in our bathroom. That was pulled & trashed. They did cover the cost of a replacement. Very poor install though. Caulk has failed many times due to this. Floor had pieces of sheet rock mud trapped between vinyl & sub floor. Floor installed crooked with a piece even missing! Kitchen cabinets came with no side panels & sat in our dining room for 3 weeks. Side panels didn't arrive until 6 weeks later. $3000 to install. Took 2 guys 3 hours! Very poor install. Not leveled. One of the many times the project manager came out without the proper tools for the job at hand. Hit & miss with a hammer & nail to find studs. Counter install was a complete joke! Inch gaps between the counter bottom & cabinet tops. All one could do is shake their head. Wish I could share video's & photo's here! They hired another crew to come in & do it right. Back splash install was the last straw. My wife just broke down in tears upon seeing this work. Told them at this point we had enough. I took that out & redid it myself. AND WE WERE CHARGED FOR THIS INSTALL I DID! They hired yet another crew to finish the project. Very glad they did cuz they fixed what they could of the poor cabinet install. Yes in the end we do have a nicer bath & kitchen but getting there was a complete nightmare. We even had an inspector comment on poor quality work he saw going on & one contractor tell us about the unhappy customers he has to deal with cuz of constant schedule changes. In the end we said we felt we should get some compensation. At this time I was told we went over budget $2800 but they would waive that. No one ever said hey this will put you over budget. After getting the final bill I saw we were getting charged for work we did. There were things we were charged for we never got! Trash pull out. Under counter lights. When I asked about these things I was told we waived $2800 & basically told what more do you want. This company changed hands during all of this & we got caught in what 1 employee called "inner turmoil". If we complained things seemed to get worse. During 1 of my sessions I was told we owed them 60% per the contract. Contract also states we would be billed but we never received on

They took out a wall, put in stunning French doors, beautiful can lighting, re-routing electrical, HVAC removal, drywall, ceiling texture, reinforced ceiling... Basically changed the entire living space. No job is too big and they work fast. With GORGEOUS and AFFORDABLE results. Very knowledgeable if you need guidance (cannot emphasize enough) and very accommodating if you already have a plan.
