It went great, wonderful, easy to work with, review each step, they worked on some of the hottest days too. We were nervous working with a contractor again, but Dan was fantastic to work with. Dan presented us with 3 options and priced out each one with A and B choices within 2 of the options. Dan's options and pricing was very reasonable, we decided to have more done than we had originally talked about.

Epic fail in everything he did. The black dirt was not enough to grow grass on, what seed he put down washed away, and didn't come back for 3 months. The dirt also had large rocks, which hurt the mower. We had significant erosion, and he failed to address it. He left his watering hoses for 3 months, and when he came back at the end of the summer, the dirt he put down was again insufficient, and he took his hoses and left rolls of straw at the end of our driveway, and never returned. The stone walkway was not what he showed in the picture, and did not place the stones low enough in the ground. The plantings barely survived, even though we watered them every day. I should never had paid him until the job was complete.

Very timely, performed extra work very professional they did what they say they're gonna do neat , cleaned up nicely very personable and added some extra touches that was very much appreciated.
