I contacted Tom on 6/27 about getting an estimate. He arrived on time and provided an estimate for the main attic area based on what he could see via our limited attic access. Since he could not visualize the condition of the vaulted roof area or the area in the garage ceiling he recommended examing those areas when the roof was being replaced so he could provide an accurate estimate of those costs. We agreed on a price for the main attic area with the understanding that the estimate for the remaining work would happen the day of the roof replacement. On the day of the roof replacement Tom arrived early and was able to examine the vaulted roof area and the area over the garage ceiling. He explained everything that needed to be done and we agreed on the price for the additional work. The vaulted ceiling area and the area over the garage ceiling were taken care of that day without delay to the roofing contractor. Since the outside temperature was close to 100 degrees I suggested that Tom could come back the following Wednesday morning to do the remaining work in the main atic area of my home.I would recommend Tom's work and professional attitude without reservation to anyone who needs this type of service.We really appreciated the way the house was so clean when they left. Great experience all around.
