The did a good job of removing the large pine tree that was dying and left my yard clean. However they ALSO removed a flowering ornamental tree that I very much wanted. After that they kept saying they would come by and replace it. They were a no-show FIVE times and I gave up on them, as their no-shows were totally messing with my work week. Eventually Mike stopped by and told my they would replace my tree next week. That was June 3. I believed him. Needless to say this is Jul 17th. I hate being repeatedly lied to and I feel profoundly disrespected. I can not help but think they would not treat a man this way. Pure sweet talk saying yes, yes, they will fix it and then just not showing up when they say they will. I like honesty.

Sorenson Tree Service was used by the neighbor or our HOA. They damaged the HOA retaining wall, split rail fence, and the private drive by dropping thousands of pounds of tree debris from above a 20 foot tall retaining wall onto the wall itself tumbling down to the private drive below. We called Sorenson immediately and the owner came out that day saying he would address all of the damage and have our wall integrity inspected. It has been three months with numerous phone calls, texts, and emails to the corporate office with no follow up or repairs accomplished. Our next step will be to file in small claims court to get resolution for the damage caused by this vendor that takes no responsibility for damages his crews do. Check out the reviews on Google - several other neighbors have documented the same disrespect for property.

Four-person tree crew did a great job of navigating aerial lift in tight space between homes and utility lines. Oak tree was growing wild over neighbor's home, and crew cut up branches into several short sections for easy and safe handling, and dropped them onto our side yard. Crew hauled all branches to their truck. Then crew used leaf blower to clean off neighbor's roof, raked up all debris from between homes, and trucked off all branches and debris.

Obtained several quotes from various vendors and Sorenson was cheaper than some and comparable to others. Scheduled them to come out in a few weeks. They showed up with a crew and efficiently took down two trees in my backyard. They had a small tracked vehicle that they used to haul the trunks out to their truck. Cleaned up the yard and were done in probably an hour or two. No issues. I'd hire them again.

Excellent. They did a great job and really cleaned up the yard after their work. I will definitely call them in the future when I need more tree trimming. The workers were friendly and hard working.

From the beginning to the end, Sorenson did amazing job. They are so professional, courteous, friendly and dependable. They removed 2 large trees very fast and clean. Also the cost was very reasonable/competitive. We highly recommend Sorenson, and will use them again.

The Sorenson work crew removed a large oak tree from my backyard via a crane positioned in my driveway. They were very professional and courteous in all the interactions I had with them. They cut some of the wood into manageable pieces so I can split it for firewood. Very pleased with their service! Would definitely use them again.

We had 3 large pine trees removed from an area surrounded by gardens. My concern was that the plants would be damaged during the process but Justin was very skilled in sparing my plants. Impressive work. The crew worked well as a team and did a great job in cleaning up. Communication and response time was excellent. Justin also trimmed a tree for us and now the tree is beautiful again. Mike, Justin and Sam were very knowledgeable. All were conscientious, hard working, dedicated men from the owner Mike to those who raked the lawn. Pricing was reasonable.

The crew was on time went to work right away . Took down a very large Ash Tree in close quarters between two garages & a fence . They were done in less than 2 hours including clean up. The only thing I didn't like is when I paid them in cash they didn't have a receipt right away, I had to write something up & had them sign the receipt of the money . A proper receipt was e-mailed a couple of hours later.

03-10-2018 1) Mr. Sorenson called & advised he had gotten my request from Home Advisors; I did not know that Angie's List & Home Advisors had been merged. 2_ He set up an appt on 3-9 and said he would be here today between the hours of 4:00 PM & 5:00 PM; he showed up early and immediately started trimming our apple tree and removing the limbs
