I think this service is exceptional. They have been mowing and clearing my yard for several years. I can set my watch by their arrival each week. I once complained to them that someone had put lawn waste in my "Recycle bin". No one from Sorenson pushed back too much and the next day a Sorenson truck took the waste away. Unfortunately I WAS WRONG and it turned out to have been the company that that had recently cleared my gutters. Needless to say I was mortified by mistake, by they had made me a customer for life. My only complaint is the fact they don't have a website and a method to pay online. But that is a VERY minor complaint and made so even more even more by the fact my Property management company handles the payments and simply deducts them from my draw. I strongly recommend this company

It was great. They got all the weeds out that I needed to be gone and their services are great. The only reason I'm not using him anymore is because of cost. The local guy is cheaper. He never charged me for the weeding job because I think he felt bad foe me because I had a broken ankle at the time when he came over to give an estimate. He did a really good job and I was always very satisfied with the work that his crew did. They do a good job.

He mows from April to October. It’s a weekly thing. The end of  the season would have been October of 2014; is the last time that I used his mowing services. It ends up being like $125 a month if he comes 4 times. I haven’t continued with him. For the last two years, I've used somebody else.

I was delighted by how fast and efficiently Sorenson's took care of my yard.
After having floundered around for a few months working with a "Guy" in my neighborhood, I was delighted by how quickly Sorensen's showed up and the quality of the job they did.
No fuss no muss.
I will be using them in the future and I think it is businesses like Sorensen's that demonstrate why "Angie's List" is an invaluable tool for those of us that need to hire individuals to small jobs around our home.

I've used this service for several years and have always been satisfied.

We've split households, so I went straight to him for the new house. His crew is focussed, professional and fast, but still respond to a wave or a nod of the head.

It went very well. They are more than willing to answer questions and are prompt in responding.

Long search later, I went with this local, responsive company for weekly mowing and trim work. Their rates were very competitive and my lawn looks fantastic every Monday ... they even came out on the 4th of July Monday! I added seasonal fertilizer treatments because the price was affordable but my grass developed some brown patches. Next year I will opt out on the extra chemicals but I will be keeping the mowing service and may add some clean-up services. I have my weekends back and am no longer a slave to my lawn!

They are sloppy mowers, not detail oriented. They were driving their big, stand on mower right across my front path. It developed a large crack from the heavy equipment. I asked them to stop and it took two reminders before they stopped doing it. I had a new fence installed and consulted with the owner regarding gates and access to back yard for mowing. I asked them not to use gate beside patio (since wheeling heavy equipment across the patio is obviously not good for it and there are TWO other gates). The mowers have followed instructions, but last week the guy who did the aeration wheeled his equipment right across the patio and left long, mud tracks - absolute cakes of mud that I had to pick off. That was lots of fun with my 2-year old, I can tell you. Also, I have never had such muddy aerations from other companies before. There are huge plugs of dirt scattered all across my lawn. It will be muddy and unpleasant for the kids until next spring. I will not be hiring these guys again. I initially hired them because they bought another lawn care company - which was a wonderful small business in my area. I gave them a chance, but the aeration was the last straw. They did do one thing well though: Spring and Fall clean-ups were thorough.

We've been working with Jeff for at least 2 summers. He always comes on schedule and does high-quality work. If a regular mowing is rained out, they've always been there on the very next day. During the drought last summer he adjusted our schedule down to every 2 weeks appropriately. Jeff has employees, but he has usually been in the group that does the actual work. They come and finish the work in about 20 minutes. The whole team is always professional and friendly with our family. I would recommend Sorensen Lawn Care wholeheartedly, and we continue to use them ourselves in the future.
