The dress looked great. The fitting was quick. He quoted me at 2wk and was ready by then. Quality work!

I'm a man of short stature with a substantial midsection and am never able finds clothes that fit correctly off the rack. I had been considering several tailors in the cities but decided on John's Tailors based on the many positive reviews and word of mouth. John's Tailors shortened the sleeves on a dozen button down long sleeve shirts. They expertly moved the sleeve placket and shortened the sleeve without any evidence left of the alterations done. I also had them hem several pairs of jeans that were way too long. I will definitely be going back to John's for any future tailoring needs.

Phoned to check availability, told no appointment needed, just to walk in, and get taken care of. Given date work would be completed, and it was done as promised. Looked terrific! Would not hesitate to go back with more tailoring needs.

My husband had hired him years ago for a difficult repair of imported suede-leather-imported cloth artisan rug that my children had ripped. He had done a nice job on that and that is how I decided to look him up for this project. I found him very professional and friendly when I first went in with my material. He brainstormed with me and encouraged me to bring pictures and/or pieces of clothing I had with the style and fit that I had in mind. This was even before I committed to the tailor shop. After I did go with them, I came twice more-- to fit after the outfit was almost done and he made adjustments and at the end for the final fitting where I took home my suit. Each fitting took no more than 15-20 minutes. He had some nice ideas such as a lapel and adding lining which he provided. The suit is very nice and looks well made. Even my husband was impressed.

No appointment was needed.  When I called a lovely woman told me about their store and the hours.  I went in for a fitting.  They saw and thought of things that would improve the fit and my comfort.  I really appreciated their input.  They are kind and very professional.  I recommend them and will use them again.

John's did a great job on altering the length of a multi layer Motorcycle suit.

I had been searching for a new coat similar to my old favorite, a Steve by Searle full length swing style coat.  I have tried to locate a new one for several years with no luck.  Even the maker of my original coat no longer makes one like this. 



I contacted Angies List hoping to find a tailor who could possibly reline and repair my old tattered coat.  Thankfully, I received a list of possibilities.  The first one on the list, John's Tailors, is located very near my home.



The owner is very professional.  He asked me to bring the coat into the shop.  When he saw it, he suggested making me a new one.  He gave me an estimate in cost, and an approximate date for completion.



I picked up the new coat today, several weeks ahead of time.  It is simply beautiful  Except for a nicer shade of green, it is an exact replica of the coat I have loved for years.  It fits me perfectly.



I am way more than happy with this lovely coat.  The price was very reasonable too.  I am most pleased to recommend John's Tailors.  I plan to have them create some additional clothing items similar to ones I own, and which I can no longer find in stores.

Contacted business and was given general information. Understandable that they would need to see what they were working with before providing an estimate of time and money.  The tailor was professional and considerate of how I wanted the suit to fit.  Suit and shirts were ready in about 1 week and I am happy with the fit.

My wife and I went to John's Tailors for our wedding alterations. My wife had an elaborate wedding dress that needed to be shortened and taken in. I had a suit that needed a complete fitting. John and his team did an amazing job! They were professional, courteous, friendly, and prompt. They were incredibly knowledgeable, and answered all our questions thoroughly. They are friendly and very knowledgeable. He took some suits from the nineties that are currently very out of style and he altered them so that they look good on me and they are the current style.

The resulting work was excellent. The price was great. They were very timely and very responsive.
