Description of Work: We had Homesmart appliance coverage for over 10 years. When we moved and tried to cancel it was a nightmare! They were extreamly rude every time we would call to discuss the contract and service.

+ -1 moreWe have had the HomeSmart plan for the last 8 years and we have never had to use it until this year. Three times in the last 3 months I have used our HomeSmart plan from Xcel only to find out when the technicians got there that either the repair was not covered or the parts to repair the appliance (which was the case for both my water heater and my refrigerator) were too difficult to get so we would have to replace the appliance.
