Dennis examined the perimeter of the house and found two places--very small at corners of the siding--where there was evidence of mice entry. He installed some wire mesh and foam to seal it off. Can't say enough about how personable, and professional Dennis was! In this day of lackluster service, or no service, it made a not so good situation have a happy ending.

I had ants colonize in a window frame. It was disgusting! I called around for pricing; I had trouble getting other companies to give quotes so I can't compare on pricing. I decided to go with Arrow and I am glad I did. Punctual, friendly, explained everything thoroughly, and they guarantee their work. Hopefully I never have to use them again, but if any more infestations occur I will certainly be calling Arrow.

When we found evidence of mice in our home, my initial reaction was to consider burning down the house. Since that seemed impractical, instead I chose to buy a half dozen traps and set them where the mice seemed to be. The traps caught the offending rodents and we saw no more evidence of invasion for several days. Then we called Arrow. Dennis was able to come out on the first day we were available. We told him we had been mouse-free for one week but wanted to take preventive measures to ensure they didn't come back--since the mice got inside once, they would be able to get inside again if we did nothing else. He quickly identified where the mice were entering our house and patched several small holes in our home's exterior. He then offered tips on where to put traps in the future. He also warned us that we might see an increase in mice in our traps in the two days following his visit. He said that if mice had been coming and going, we just blocked their exits. We never did see another mouse, but I appreciated his warning. He also offered to come back if we saw more mice in the weeks after his visit. The whole process was inexpensive, professional, effective, and very quick. It was SO worth the money and I would not hesitate to use Arrow again or recommend them to everyone I know.

Great. Dennis arrived on time, but I was late, due to a work meeting. Dennis waited about 10 minutes for me to arrive and did not seem put out at all. We reviewed the situation, and although no wasps were active (due to the weather), he went ahead and spent the time to perform the spraying. At the end, he told me that if they came back (when the weather improved), he would come back and fix the problem again. The weather still hasn't been consistently hot, so I'm still keeping an open mind as to the success, but I feel very confident that even if we missed a nest or two, that Dennis will come back and fix.

They called when they were delayed by thunderstorms and kept in contact with us through the day. They then spent time with us, going around the house, finding all the potential trouble spots. The whole job was done within about an hour after that. We are very pleased with the results.

Called originally on bird sounds in attic, turned out to be nothing. Dennis went over the attic and roof thoroughly and cleared the attic. We had, in the past, some problems with mice in the basement and Dennis noticed this and found that there will still some evidence of mice. He found how they got into the basement and fixed that. In addition, he gave advice on further mouse-proofing the house. Finally, he told us how to properly place traps to catch any more mice, which has worked way better than my old scattershot method.

Dennis was able to come within 3 days of me calling him. I was bitten by a wasp so I didn't spend a lot of time looking for nests. Dennis came out and quickly found the nest I generally pointed out. He found a few others in that same general area and sprayed. In doing a walk-around of the house he also found and sprayed an active yellow-jacket nest. He pointed out that if they retuned or he missed any, he would come back this season - free of charge. We have used Dennis before and I would use him again.

I get a guarantee for a year. He was a really nice guy. I called him and he came out right away. His price was excellent. I would use his services again in the future.

I called Dennis on 4/30/12 after finding a baby mouse in my lower level shower. Although he was working in south Minneapolis and I live in a northwest suburb, Dennis came out within the hour.
Dennis found that in the same area that was a concern to him last October (under the patio door) mice had chewed off the edge of foam used to seal it. He explained that because there appears to be some wood missing underneath the hardee board siding, this area might be an ongoing problem.
This area should have been repaired by MN Home Exteriors in 2005 after the old siding was taken off and before the hardee board was installed. Dennis explained that because the siding is put on starting with the bottom board, it might be too expensive to do anything about it now.
Dennis stuffed the area with copper steel wool and caulked it shut. He did NOT charge me anything plus he got the mouse out of the shower. Amazing, honest professional guy.

Dennis did a great job at very fair price! To get at the wasp nest, he had to wear his official wasp abatement gear, including the mesh head gear. The wasps are gone! Dennis also sprayed and sealed the bee's home. We don't see bees any more! The mouse issue was really a challenge. Dennis checked around the entire foundation and concluded there were two or three spots where the mice might choose to join us in the house. No more mice! As mentioned above, earlier this fall the mice created a new entry point, so we called Dennis to check it out. Again, he checked the entire perimeter of the house and identified a candidate location that showed evidence of mice chewing the wood just above the foundation. He crawled under the bay window and sealed a length of about ten feet with copper wool and caulk. Dennis sealed up a couple of other small "possibles." I'm happy (and so is my wife) to report we haven't seen a mouse in over four months! And Dennis did the work per his "12-month warranty" and didn't charge us a nickel. Honestly, I felt a little guilty about not having to come up with any cash! Kudos to Dennis! He's a great guy and a pro! I highly recommend him for pest control and will call him again if we are once again forced to deal with "critters!"

Charged a flat fee. Dennis came every day, put out 3 live traps and ended up trapping SEVEN squirrels which he took for release. Previous companies I've used charged for each animal. Dennis also did a permanent job of repairing the holes.

Came out to the house for an inspection, gave the estimate, did the work and the cost was the same as the estimate.

It went very well. The technician was informative, he was punctual, and he did a very nice job.

Arrow is just great. We had a rat problem in a rental. I spoke to them over the phone and he tried to save me money by giving me some great advice. When that, unfortunately, did not solve the problem I called and he came out immediately (for a small extra fee). He found the problem right away and no more unwanted guests! He was very professional and much less expensive than many others I called (none of whom could come that day).

Their service seems to have worked. They were great. Their price was reasonable. The bugs have reduced. I spent $110 on the job. They sprayed both outside and inside my house. The guy was pleasant. He returned my calls very promptly when he was on vacation. He called back and gave me an appointment. He was prompt and efficient. He came out early and on time. I will use this company again in the future.

We paid $150 on that service. They seemed to do a good job. The price seemed to be pretty reasonable.

Hornets were in our upstairs bedroom and bathroom. We couldn't figure out where they were coming from. I called Dennis in the morning, upset about the situation. He made time in his schedule to come out right away in the afternoon. Dennis efficiently identified the problem right away as a nest in the bathroom fan vent on our 2 story house roof. He went up and sprayed the nest. He also suggested spraying the other bathroom fan vent on the roof to make sure they didn't move into that vent. Dennis completed the entire job in 20 mins and was great! He guaranteed his work and said he'd come back for free if the hornets show up in either of the vents again this summer. Very efficient and great! Our hornets are now gone!

I was really pleased that I found Arrow through Angie's List. They charged me hundreds less than other bigger companies I called. They were available right away. He even came back to dispose of the dead critters for no charge.
