A Parker's Garage Doors

Went great. Gave opinion of future door work required but did what we wanted at the time.

Everything went pretty well.

Went well. Adam accurately described the work and the time frame he would complete it in, no surprises.

They came out the day I called, and we're able to come back the next day to do the repairs. Very professional and friendly.

The service was fine two people came to do this and it took about half an hour. Left the area the same as when they came.  The worker were competent.  They arrived on time.  They did a great job.

Provider called earlier in the day with an estimated time of arrival and arrived at that time. Removed my old garage door opener and installed a new one. The whole process took just under an hour. Provider disposed of the old opener. Explained all the features of the new opener and provided me with the owner's manual. Price for opener and installation was not much more than it would have cost for me to buy and install it myself, plus he disposed of the old one.

It took 2 days—2 different visits. He completed the job adequately, but was not forthcoming with info; if I didn’t ask the right questions, I wouldn’t get important info. I later found out from another company that I could’ve gotten brand new everything for $475.00.

Adam was very easy to work with, he returned my call promptly, and completed the work when he said he would. The job turned out to be more involved than he originally thought it would be, but didn't complain about it or ask for more money. He suggested ways I could save money - like repairing my existing opener. Adam has a small, one-person business and I heard about him from a friend who had used him. I hope not to need another garage door any time soon, but if I do, I won't hesitate to call on Adam again.
