I rarely rate any company on the web but in the world of today with so much negativity, I thought, the praise these folks deserve was worth the effort. First and foremost the job was done on time and correctly. Exactly how it was explained it would be. What a pleasant surprise, as we all know this is not always the case when we hire a job to be done. These folks were great! They were always professional, knowledgeable, approachable, available, and just plain down to earth very nice to work with. Eric was the main contact that we always saw at the job site and is a heck of a good person who made the vision and effort come together successfully. The crew was timely, friendly, and professional, and Brian is a great guy as well ensuring the results were achieved. The bottom line I would most definitely recommend these folks to family and friends. I also hope they someday branch out into other areas of work as I would love them to complete other projects I have coming up in the future.

Eric at West End Remodeling was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He informed me that I should file an insurance claim for my organic shingle roof and was able to get the entire job covered by insurance. Not only did they install a new roof on my house and detached garage they also installed new flashing, gutters, downspouts, window wraps and fascia. They also were able to recommend an exterior hour painter for the next phase. I am very happy with the finished product and would highly recommend Eric at Minnesota Roof Contractors to anyone.

Project from beginning to end was managed so well by Eric. His crew worked professionally and were polite and courteous. Job was completed in one day and the premises were left clean.

Eric called be back as soon as he got my request for an estimate on the roof of a house that I had listed for sale that was on a Friday night. He said he could take a look at the roof Saturday morning. He went out there when he said he would and called me right away with the estimate, which was $4,000 less than the first estimate we had. His crew did the work less than a week later and it looks great! I have since referred Eric to two other homeowners, and his estimate has been $4K-$6K less than the other estimates. Eric is very responsive when I call or email him, and I will continue to refer him to family, friends and clients who need work done!

Eric and his crew was amazing!!!! Eric was responsive and the crew started bright and early and ended before we got off work which was a plus. My siding was in bad shape already and during the roof installation a little part of my siding broke off and Eric was nice enough to come back and repair the siding. Eric made it look nicer than it was before! Thank you. Great company and he saved me tons of money which was a plus. I am hoping to get siding done with them.

I had 3 different companies provide bids and MN Roofing Contractors (West End Remodeling) was the only company to actually get up on my roof to provide recommendations. They also met with my insurance company to advocate for me to get the full claim amount.

The crew that did the roofing was great. Didn't have to wait a month or two to get the job done. No high pressure sales pitch, just the products used and the price. Great job.

They were very helpful when it came to fixing a few items that needed to be corrected. They want their finished work to be as correct as possible. Make sure and contact them if you need any follow-up work.

They finished the work but I can't get my final receipt or warranty verified from the contractor and it has been over 45 days.

They were easy to deal with and did a great job cleaning up.

Came out to give me a estimate over a month ago. Asked owner 3 times to bring me an estimate to give to city. Kept promising me that he would bring it over and still hasn't. Excuse given was that a storm came through and he was busy. If you make a promise to do something than you need to do it. I am going to another contractor. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR!
