ON A SUNDAY, RAPID KEY'S JOHN HARKESS WAS ABLE TO QUICKLY AND SAFELY OPEN THE VEHICLE, EVEN WHEN THE DEALER SAID ''NO ONE CAN OPEN THAT VEHICLE. YOU NEED TO ORDER A NEW KEY AND WAIT UNTIL TUESDAY FOR US TO OVERNIGHT IT TO YOU.'' HE WAS VERY FAST, FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL AND THERE WASN'T A SCRATCH ON THE VEHICLE. IF THIS EVER HAPPENS AGAIN, I WILL TELL AAA I WANT RAPID KEY RECOVERY SENT FIRST!
