"Hi Corinne, Apologies if there was a miscommunication about this job. After removing the raspberry bushes we were under the impression that we were waiting for you to contact us to finish the second part of the project, which involved removing dirt from some planters and cleaning up a driveway area. If you are not satisfied with the work completed we are happy to cancel the invoice emailed to you."
