They were pretty good. I don't have any complaints. They were here on time. When I knew the furnace was in bad shape and everything and he came out first to give the estimate and take measurements. They came in and got the furnace just going until they can get the new one in. They went out of their way for me. There was some problems but they went over what it was.

They were prompt, friendly, reasonable in cost, and repaired the furnace in short order.

They did a good job.

Everything went according to plan, and I would hire them again.

I purchased a furnace from Sears (I don't recommend using them!), they subed the work out even though the sales person told me they had their own employees. The furnace didn't pass inspection and they had to come back 3 times to complete the work which meant I had to miss work and ask my mom to be there two of the times. They also, broke a window, cleaned up the glass inside but, not outside. My mom didn't even think the one installer knew what he was doing and had to be told by the other guy what to do.

They were excellent. They didn't make any messes and they did great work. They were very good people to work with. I would highly recommend them!

Everyone I dealt with in the company was a true professional. My special thanks go out to Rick, and the installers Randy, Joe, and James. The installation looks like a million bucks, and I couldn't be happier. I would certainly do business with them again.

He was very honest, reasonably priced, very helpful, and quite responsive. He was friendly and personable, I would definitely hire him again. I had to hire him because my builder installed the system incorrectly and it failed.

ANDERSON HEATING & A/C WAS VERY IMPRESSIVE. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, RESPONSIVE, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. PATTY, IN THE OFFICE, ALWAYS RETURNS PHONE CALLS TIMELY AND WITH THE NECESSARY INFORMATION. THEY DID A GREAT JOB IN REMOVING THE OLD SYSTEM AND INSTALLING THE NEW FURNACE AND A/C. THEY CLARIFIED EVERY QUESTION AND WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING AND HELPFUL. ANDERSON COORDINATED THE ASBESTOS ABATEMENT FOR A VERY REASONABLE COST. WHILE GETTING BIDS, WE HAD BEEN GIVEN THE RUN-AROUND BY SOME OF THE LARGER COMPANIES, BUT ANDERSON WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE!

THE MANAGER AND THE INSTALLERS DID A GREAT JOB, BUT THE COMPANY DOES NOT COMMUNICATE WELL. I OFFERED TO GIVE THE INSTALLER A CHECK WHEN THEY COMPLETED THE JOB AND THEY DECLINED AND SAID TO SEND IT TO THE OFFICE. THREE BUSINESS DAYS LATER THE OWNER CALLS AND WANTS AN EXTRA $200 BECAUSE I DIDN'T PAY AT THE TIME OF COMPLETION. AFTER OVER AN HOUR ON THE PHONE AND NUMEROUS THREATS BY HER TO ATTACH A LIEN ON MY HOUSE AND FORECLOSE, I AGREED TO TAKE OFF TIME FROM WORK, DRIVE HOME TO GET A CHECK AND DROP IT OFF AT HER OFFICE (1 HOUR DRIVING TIME). SHE STILL DIDN'T WANT TO ACCEPT THE CONTRACT PRICE. WHILE AT HOME I READ THE CONTRACT AND SHE WAS INCORRECT, SO IN THE END I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY THE EXTRA MONEY. IT WAS VERY A VERY AGGRAVATING EXPERIENCE. THE SYSTEM WORKS WELL, BUT AFTER 2 MONTHS MY FILTERS RAN OUT AND I HAVE TO SPECIAL ORDER THEM AS THE LOCAL HOME IMPROVEMENT AND HARDWARE STORES DON'T CARRY THE ODD SIZE. SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION AND USE ANOTHER COMPANY.

THIS WAS A GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH - THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND WERE VERY COURTEOUS. THEY STAYED LATE WHEN THEY NEEDED TO TO GET THE JOB DONE ON THE DAY THEY SAID THEY WOULD GET IT DONE.
