ULTIMATE EPOXY FLOORS INC

I had a basement floor finished with an epoxy floor by Ultimate Epoxy Floors, Inc. on December 3 of this year. I was most impressed with the professionalism of Debbie, the sales person and also with Donny and his brother, who actually came out to do the work. Donny was considerate of our time. If there were any minor changes in timing, as to when a stage of the work was to be done, he always asked us first and informed us as to why such changes were requested. I was most impressed, with the extra work they did to fix some work that I did to the floor. The floor sloped to a drain and I had elevated the drain and filled the hole with cement around it. Well, the product I had used was inadequate and would have caused problems with the floor later on. Donny and his brother took the extra time to fix the problem, by grinding down to good cement and applying another epoxy product to level that part of the floor. It looked absolutely terrific when they were finished.
