I have had Naturescape in the past with great results. This year has been a nightmare.They show up when they say they will and when they finally do my yard was burned. That was done by the Mgr. After phone calls and messages a note was left on my door explaining how I can fix the problem that was THEIR mistake. Seriously?! There is no such thing as customer satisfaction here! We shall see if I receive a refund.

I used LCS at my previous home but when I moved I switched to Naturescape upon recommendation of neighbors. Prepaid for the year but it seemed they would never come out unless I called and asked for an update. Same story every time, COVID has hit them hard, short staffed, very sorry, etc. Their treatments are pretty effective but given how poorly spaced they are, the yard looked like crap for most the summer. Will be switching back to LCS next year.

Have Used their service for Several Years Now! I Have A Licensed Home Childcare Buisness, so this service is important to our Daily Outdoor Activities. Besides our Big Country Yard, and Gardens! Because of the Terrific Job They Do, we have been able to Enjoy our Spring and Summer Seasons.... From the Folks answering phones, and setting up the appointments, to answering questions, always are very helpful with information and kind...... Our Tech's over the years are very professional and good at what they do!!!! Friendly and Courteous! They have alot to do for us, and they do it well on our Big Country Acres.... The first summer went well. They were timely and my lawn did well. Last summer (2018) I pre-paid 5 treatments. I had to call in the middle to end of June to see if they were coming to begin the first treatment (by this time any pre-emergent treatment was way past due and my lawn was a mess). I had to call them again for a second treatment and also asked for some consultation as my lawn was looking the worst it had ever looked. The representative who came out was not at all interested in listening to me and just kept saying "well you have that tree there..." and etc. and did not offer any suggestions for a quickly disappearing and weed infested back yard lawn. At the end of last season I had more dirt than grass in my back yard and asked them to come out again. They said they would but never did. When I spoke to people in their office they kept telling me that they were sorry but that they were short of staff and etc. I would never hire these people again and am now left with a dirt yard and wondering what to do.

They told me they were going to come during a certain week and I had to call them multiple times to find out when they were going to come which was weeks later. This was for the first application. For the last application, the same thing happened, but then it snowed. They said they would come as soon as possible but I had also scheduled a leaf removal and they never synched up with each other and kept trying to come when the other was supposed to come. Very disorganized. When they finally came, the ground was frozen and they couldn't get up all the leaves. I called to complain and sent pictures. They did give me $50.00 back on the leaf removal. I chose this company because they had the most "A" ratings but I won't go back to them.

Prepaid to have yard done. Took over a month for them to come so lawn never had a chance to breathe before snow fell by the time they came. I guess wouldn't have mattered much as the aeration holes were not more than a half to 3/4" deep - what a waste of money. I called post visit as they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee - I guess that is false advertising. They said the person who did yard thought the thatch cut into how deep holes went. Must be strongest, thickest thatch on earth. And weird was 100% uniform hole depth in yard - doubt whole yard was thatch. Such a waste of money and now can't do again until next fall. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They obviously pass out big discounts to aerate and do a brutal job - guy was here for 20 minutes. What a joke.

The actual service was fine but they never moved my sub pump hose. It wasn't something that could be done before because it was running continuously! They of course punctured it. Never came and told me and when I called they sent someone out to look at it on their time frame and left a note in door that they had come. Never heard anything again. This was my first service and last. The cost of the hose was nothing in all reality but they did ruin my property and choose to not take care of it. Too many other companies that will take care of problems they cause on a clients property. Had they came to me in the first place I would if said no problem and thank them for telling me.

The service did not go very well. We purchased the 5 treatment plan, including weed control, two years in a row. As a company they weren't very punctual, providing late treatments several times (including the initial spring application). From a customer service standpoint, they weren't able to predict actual service times due to workload, which was very frustrating. From a quality standpoint, we didn't see a significant improvement in our lawn condition, and still had multiple weed issues, including clover, ivy, and crabgrass (among others). Won't be going back to them again.

"I would like to apologize for any issues you may have had with our service. The last time your lawn was treated by us was Nov. 2011. There was no service in 2012 or 2013. As for the timing of application on your lawn, all application are done generally every 6-8 weeks apart. Looking back at your records from 2011 all of the applications were done within that time frame. With all lawn care we offer free service calls anytime there are concerns or issues. If we had been informed of any issues or concerns we certainly could and would have addressed them at that time."

Naturescape has provided this service for our lawn the past 2 years. We have noticed considerable decrease in weeds and an overall improvement of the lawns appearance. We deal with the Plymouth branch, and they are very knowledgeable and have great prices and discounts if you pay early. They were much less than the other companies I contacted. They call the day before they come out, and all of the staff has been very pleasant to deal with. The workers do a thorough job, and leave a detailed description of the work they have done on your door.
