He was contacted by my general contractor to help complete my Bath/Kitchen remodel project that had fallen well behind schedule. His dedication to his craft, reliability, knowledge and professionalism is apparent from the get-go. I had some guys tile the walls of my shower and floors of the bathroom and kitchen... after a month without the appropriate progress, Matt was called in and quot;to save the dayand quot;. He then trimmed and hung all the doors, cut and placed custom baseboards, and pointed out areas that required adjustments from the previous workers.
His work is done extremely fast without the loss of great quality - I was amazed to say the least! Then (if that wasn't enough to make you hire him), much to my surprise, came back the following day to complete some trimwork he didn't want to leave exposed because I'd mentioned that I had out of town family visiting for the week!
So, now I need to add and quot;integrityand quot; to the list of compliments. Matt is a very rare find in someone who provides a variety of services and I would recommend him hands-down! He does much more than remodel jobs too - from design/build, new construction to roofing, decks and snow removal... I will definitely be calling on LuliCon.
By the way, I work in the service industry and very much respect and appreciate great service (and don't write reviews on and quot;expectedand quot; service) so wanted to let you all know that I joined 'Angie's List' solely to provide this review on Matt Lulic and what he represents.
