"I visited with the customer on one of the coldest days of the coldest winters on record. At that time, she had been provided temporary operation of her failing furnace by a referring contractor. The furnace was located in a hallway closet and the bi-fold doors had been removed. She requested a bid for replacement of both furnace and air conditioner, which was provided. Also provide was an explanation that some delay was needed in order to fabricate some ductwork and that the new furnace and cooling coil (backordered from the Lennox factory and needed to complete the closet installation) would be installed in a temporary manner and when the weather moderated the indoor component would be completed. Upon that execution, it was discovered that the then removed bi-fold doors interfered with a code compliant installation. This required some re fabrication of ducts. This caused a second delay. During this process the customer was never without heat. The indoor process was completed in an inefficient manner because the customer was inflexible in granting accessibility dates and times. Financial compensations were made. I agree that the process was a miserable experience."

Great experience. Tom listened to what we wanted and provided a number of options and explained the pros and cons of the different choices. He also explained what rebates were available. Installation of the various components was neat and professional. If you want it done right the first time Dahm's Heating is your choice. Our old hvac was giving us a number of problems and the new systems is trouble free. We are already seeing savings on our gas and electric bill.

We work with Tom himself. He is extremely professional and very knowlegedable. He is a perfectionist and is very neat. He leaves things better than before he got there.
