Brought samples directly to our home and spent as much time as we needed to talk throught the options. Workmanship and service were excellent. Worked to meet my schedule needs, and showed up at agreed-upon times. Return calls/emails were not always prompt, but we were typically able to connect within a few days.

Jim was professional during the carpet selection process and had recommendations based on our personal situation- 2 kids under 3. He allowed us to check-out traveling samples to bring home. We were able to schedule an in home estimate that accommodated our schedule.

They came as scheduled and performed wonderful work. They only install high quality carpet pads (they won't up-sell you from an inferior pad). Jim was very professional and they even agreed to remove and haul away the old carpet at no charge. No extra fees for seems or stairs either. It was all included in the original bid and that was the price we paid.
So far (1 month after install) carpet is still beautiful and holding up great!

Chris was awesome! This was my first time ever buying new carpet and Chris explained everything very thoroughly. He brought many, many samples for me to look at and explained the differences between types of carpet and their backing and even what type of vacuum cleaner to use or not use with the carpet I picked out. I had initially only wanted to put new carpet my downstairs but Chris was more than happy to come back and give me an estimate on my upstairs too. He was also very patient with me because I waffled a bit on my installation date. Once I finally picked a date, everything was installed on time and looked fabulous. I dont think I could have been happier with the whole process.

Chris brought many, many samples for me to choose from since this was my first time ever dealing with new carpet and I wasn't totally sure what I wanted. At first, my plan was to just replace the carpet in my upstairs, but he was more than happy to come back and measure my downstairs when I changed my mind and decided to do new carpet in the whole house. He explained everything about the different types of carpet very thoroughly (even what kinds of vacuum cleaners to use on what kind of carpet) and I was able to get carpet that met my needs and wants and that fit into my budget. Everything was installed exactly when he said it would be and my new carpet looks fabulous. Out of all of the renovations I have done to my home, this was by far the easiest project I've had to deal with. When the time comes, I will definitely be calling Chris to help with my new kitchen floor!
