WALL 2 WALL PAINTING

I attempted many times using different products to remove the paper. It was stuck on like glue. I was in a huge bind because my house was going on the market and photos were scheduled to be taken the next week. I wanted somebody local and Kevin was the first company I called out of the phone book that answered his phone. My luck was about to change. He was able to come out and do the work that week on Friday morning then wrap it up Saturday morning. He removed the border wallpaper, had to repair some damage by patching and sanding the walls, then painted the whole room afterwards. It looked great and he saved me from delaying the listing date! It really was a lucky call. Kevin's a terrific guy, very low-key and down to earth. He shows that it takes quality workmanship and great customer service to keep a company going and that's obviously why he's been running a successful business for quite a long time. I already told him I'll be calling him after I move. More than likely, I'll need some painting done and he does exterior work too. He was an awesome find and I also referred him to my Realtor .

VERY SLOW. WORKS MAINLY BY HIMSELF BUT SOMETIMES BRINGS IN A HELPER AND TRIES TO MAKE CONSUMER PAY FOR THE HELPER. WHAT?! IT IS HIS HELPER!!!? HE GAVE INITIAL ESTIMATE THEN RAISED THE PRICE ***WATCH OUT*** INITIALLY SAID HE COULD DO LOWER LEVEL FOR $1265, THEN CHARGED ME OVER $2300! HE HAD TROUBLE ROLLING OUT THE RALPH LAUREN PAINT BECAUSE OF ROLLER MARKS LEFT BEHIND (IN ALL FAIRNESS)BUT- SO HE TRIED TO BILL BY JOB HOURLY @ $45 PER HOUR IN ADDITION TO THE BID AND THEN WORKED AT A SNAIL'S PACE. HE THEN PULLED THE SAME THING UPSTAIRS! BID WAS $700.00 WHEN HE LEFT HE MADE A COMMENT HE WOULD FIGURE OUT THE BILL AND SEE ME THE NEXT DAY. THE NEXT DAY HE TRIED TO COLLECT OVER $1300. THESE ARE THE FACTS. I HAVE DISPUTED THE DOUBLE BILLING. HE HAS HARASSED ME AT WORK AND AT HOME. LEFT A VOICE MAIL SAID WE COULD SETTLE AT $1000. I COULD GIVE HIM XTRA $300 CASH AND NOT TELL MY WIFE(HUH?) HE LEFT THE EAST WALL UNFINISHED PARTIALLY ON ONE WALL UPSTAIRS BECAUSE RAN OUT OF PAINT-! NICE!
