I called Van Horn Home Improvement after receiving their information directly from Sunsetter. I was told that they could install the awning the next day, however because of work obligations my wife and I couldn't be present at the time of install. We scheduled a mutually available time, but because I was working from home that day Cole called back and let me know they would be able to install the same day if that would work (wow!). Cole's son arrived first and prepared the site. Cole arrived and the two began the work in an efficient manner. The awning was professionally installed, adjusted to our specifications and we were provided information on the care and use of the awning. They also carted away the packaging material which was somewhat substantial due to the large cardboard tube the product was shipped in. All in all, we were VERY impressed with their professionalism, skill and customer service.
