T HOLME CONTRACTING

After a couple of days of waiting for a response I contacted Living Social where I had purchased the coupon from to cancel. Within about 2 hours I finally received contact from provider. Also, his pricing is a little stealthy. He charges $150 minimum, but then doesn't give you a specific amount of time he will provide for that minimum charge. He indicates it depends on the type of work he's doing. Part of the problem was I didn't check into the business before buying the coupon. He ended up being at my residence for one hour and replaced/installed two smoke detectors, removed one light fixture, and attempted to fix a floor squeek in a bedroom. Unfortunately, he didn't have the right tools to fix the sqeek at the time of visit.

He did a fantastic job. He's been working with us for over two years on different things and just does everything that we need him to do. We talk about ideas and then he goes to the internet trying to find good ideas and the best price. I can't say enough good things about him. I got about five different bids for the bathroom but he is the only one who went in there and his eyes lit up and he said "I would love to do this!" He will come on weekends and is here whenever we need him. We are pleased with the price and don't think it is out of line at all.

T Holme Contracting was very helpful in the design and construction of a total redo of a foreclosed house that I purchased to fix up and resell. Tom was prompt and got the work done in a timely manner. I will for sure use T Holme Contacting in the future.
