They explained their pricing clearly, came quickly, set traps, checked the traps regularly. No moles were caught and after 2 weeks (approximately) the traps were removed. I contacted them to inquire more and was informed that sometimes moles "move on" I was surprised but I have no basis on which to dispute, assuming they know their animals. They do have a policy of returning at no charge if activity is found within a certain time of traps being removed.

I contacted Suburban Wildlife Control about a mole problem. The woman I talked to was very friendly and efficient. She gave me the price for the eradication and set up a time for the first visit to my home. Their technician was on time and took all the time necessary to explain how the process works.
It took a few weeks for the eradication to be completed. There has been no sign of moles since they completed their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone dealing with moles, gophers, etc.

We live in a wooded area and moles seem to like our property...A LOT!!! After we did some expensive landscaping to our backyard a few summers ago we noticed the presence of moles. We suspect we've always had them but after the landscaping, it was more obvious. We'd done the Rove system of baiting the moles with "gummy worm poison" to no avail. After doing my research on-line, I soon realized the only way to get rid of moles is to trap and kill them. So, to protect our investment in the yard, we decided to call the professional(s). Jeff came out and set traps for us in the fall of that year and we caught 5 or 6 right away. They seem to keep on coming though so we've been using Suburban Wildlife for 3 seasons now. Although it IS expensive ($125 set up fee plus $50 per mole caught) to have this service, the time and headache it saves us is worth it. At some point we may have to surrender, or be brave and buy and set the traps ourselves, but for now, I trust Jeff to get these little buggers for me.

I live in a wooded area and have had trouble with moles burrowing under my lawn for years. The yard looked like a WWI battlefield! I bought and tried every kind of gizmo, irritant, poison worms, etc. that was available with minimal success. Finally, I decided to turn this annoying and time consuming job over to the pros.
Jeff came out and located the busiest tunnels. He set up seven traps and monitored them every two or three days. He caught three moles and continued to monitor the traps for another couple of weeks to make sure he had caught all of the offenders.
I like his price structure, which was $125.00 to set up all of the traps and monitor them for one month. It cost another $50.00 for each mole he caught. Based on my research on Angie's List, he had the fairest cost and the best results.
He performed the same service for me last year with great success. I plan on using him every year, or at least until the little buggers move to Wisconsin!

Jeff Bjorklund promptly returned my call, set an appointment, called that day to confirm it. He showed up and fully examined our yard. Said the mole tunnels were dormant and told us why. Said we are mole free, and there is no need now for his service. Gave his card and said to call if we see other signs, but that there are no moles now. He could have charged me and performed services because I was sure that there were more moles, but he was truthful, professional and thorough. I will call him at the first sign, if I see one, of moles next year. I fully recommend this business.

We highly recommend Suburban Wildlife Control, Shakopee. Jeff was prompt, courteous, professional and very efficient, and we would not hesitate to call again for service. The pricing structure included $125 for set-up and $50 per mole removed.

They came out and determined what the animal was, set several traps, came back a few days later and checked traps-had caught one. Returned 2 more times, there were no moremoles, and no more activity. They have a policy that if there is more activity within a month the service call is free. They charge by the number of animals they catch. Very pleased with their service.

They are knowledgeable. They seem too know what they are doing. They are great. They are getting the problem resolved. We are getting less and less of shrews now. We had just an outbreak of them last fall. The technician was here just three weeks ago. He reloaded the bait boxes. He showed me that they are eating the bait so there are still some around. We haven't seen evidence of any though. There were tracks of them on the snow. However, I am sure that they are getting less and less because before there were many around and we could even see them. He has been right on time. He comes when he says he is coming. We have asked him to call because there is no way for us to show up otherwise, so that we can get the dog handled inside here. He has been real good about that. I don't know how he could do this any better, as far as I am concerned, he is doing a wonderful job. We never shopped around for prices but I don't think they are way out of line. I think they are in the ballpark.

I received a prompt respsonse to my phone call and recived an estimate for the services to be performed.
We paid a one time fee for setting up the trap and agreed to pay for each mole caught.
Almost immediately someone was out to set traps in the yard.
Traps were checked often for removal or reset.
Traps were left until there was no more activity
A final bill was given at this time based on the # of moles caught in the traps.
We were very satisfied with this service and would use them again if there is a need.

I called Suburban Wild life Control about mole removal. I had part of my backyard ruined by mole tunnels and holes. They sent someone out to he house and set three traps in the tunnels areas. The traps were covered so I didn't have to worry about my dog getting into them so that was a relief. Then they came out every few days to check the traps. One mole was trapped and there was no further activity. It's been over a month and my yard is still free of moles. The initial cost to set up was $125 and then $50/mole. Hopefully, that will be it, but if I have more mole damage in the future I will give them a call.

Awesome. We consulted over the phone and agreed to the work. You don't have to be there. Jeff or a member of his crew comes out, finds tunnels and sets traps (in our case, he set five traps in front and back yards). Then they check them every couple days, remove the dead animals and reset the traps until activity goes away, indicating the population is eradicated. He always leaves a note that he has been there (even if you're home, he doesn't bother you) and notes the number of moles killed per visit. Just a very, very effective and very efficient and professional service. Would hire again anytime.

Jeff walked my property and advised me that I had pocket gophers and moles. He indicated that May was a great time to start trapping, because moles did not have their litters yet. Generally, each animal costs $50 to exterminate. The seasonal protection plan seemed more economical. I purchased the "seasonal protection plan" and it was well worth it! It seems it was a banner year for moles and you sure could tell it by all the holes in my yard! Jeff was very knowledgeable, professional and checked the traps every other day. Even when he pulled all the traps when there seemed to be no activity...and then I spotted some, he came right over. In addition, when I asked him to set traps for pocket gophers in my pasture, he came right away.

Jeff returned my initial call quickly and offered a detailed description of how his service works. Also, his web site describes services well. His prices seem reasonable, though not extraordinary. He successfully removed 3 moles. I chose not be involved at all... (he simply left notes on my door detailing what he'd caught that day) but I would assume he'd be ok with the customer seeing "proof" of the catch if the home owners are the skeptical type. Hopefully my mole problems are solved for a while, however, if they return I will not hesitate to contact Suburban Wildlife Control again!

He is highly professional and enormously helpful in the information he shared. To have him come to my home and give me useful information at no charge is extraordinary. If I ever need animal removal service I definitely will call Jeff.

This is my second year with Suburban Wildlife Control. Last gardening season, I was fed up with the gophers and moles ruining my backyard gardens, killing plants and wrecking my lawn. I live on the edge of a large wetlands and have always been fighting the critters. Kris from Suburban Wildlife came in and removed 1 gopher and 15 moles from my property over a two month period. It was amazing! For the first time in 10 years, I had spring blooming bulbs this year (nothing ate them over the winter!) With the first signs of mole activity two weeks ago, I called Kris and he came out the next day. He promptly removed 2 moles and I did not lose any plants! Yeah! Because of my location, I know that this will be a yearly battle, but it feels great to know that Surburban Wildlife will take care of any problems for me. I highly recommend them.
