The person who answered my call was very professional and helpful. She was able to arrange the repair to fill a deep void under my sidewalk and front entryway slab. Normally they will come out for a quote first but I was in a time crunch so they were able to work me in 2 days later.

The two workers came out and discussed the process and estimated costs. They do have a minimum of $350 which covers 15 lbs. of fill. That is a lot of fill. It is $10/lb. over that amount. Plus they can caulk cracks for an extra amount. They jacked up the sidewalk until it was even and drilled 1-2 very small holes into the concrete and inserted an injection tube fitting.

Starting at the slab they filled the voids and worked their way by section. Our issue was caused by snakes and poor water drainage. There was a large amount of area to fill. It is a slow process to obtain a good seal and it worked great. They use a sand to cover the extra ooze so that it doesn't stick to anything. It cuts away easily when they are done. Holes are then plugged and cracks sealed. It all went perfect.

The next morning there was a horrible smell but after a few hours it went away.

These guys are great and it worked perfectly.

Much cheaper than concrete repair and very solid immediately. Holes were patched nicely and if I ever need another area patched I would call them.

We had mudjacking done twice in the past with poor results lasting less than 3 years. In one area the sidewalk was almost 4 inches down from the step. The Polytech crew raised the sidewalk and put polyurethane (will not wash out lick the mud mixture) under the entire slab and did a great job of lining up the sidewalk and steps while finishing with caulk in the seam. The holes require were much smaller in diameter than the mudjacking.

It went well. The guys did the work on the agreed to date, showed up roughly on time (maybe an hour late) and did everything that was agreed to for the quoted price. No complaints from me, and would use this provider again.

The sales person was very professional. They scheduled the work and performed as promised. The real test was that the slab sunk a little further a couple of weeks later due to settling. (This sometimes happens with this process.) Polytech was even more responsive to the problem than when doing the initial sale and installation. They bent over backwards to accommodate our schedule. They did the additional work without charge and it worked successfully.

Really well. They went above and beyond the call of duty that day. There was little extra cost for some additional foam but was very reasonable and well worth it. Patio drains properly and no trip hazards anymore

They arrived on time. We chatted about what they were going to do, and they explained the process and approximately how long it would take. Work proceeded pretty much as they expected. They did have a little trouble getting clearance for the slab to be raised, as the neighboring concrete had slid into it and was binding it up a bit. Once it was liberated, the slab was raised up and leveled, and the juncture was caulked. They plugged the holes drilled in the concrete, neatly caulked the junction, and cleaned up everything. They were also very tolerant of my curiosity about the whole process as I kept going out to check on it. The foreman also offered his opinion on a question I had about the stoop. Overall, it went just like they described so I'm very satisfied. The work is guaranteed so hopefully the concrete stays put for awhile. This is a young company, but my experience was positive so I would hire them again.

Good job! John kane and his assistant were easy to work with. Both guys listened attentively to my input. The patch job on the
foundation looks good. No complaints on this job.
