It went very smoothly. On time, worked quickly, answered all my questions and educated me.

This was the second time Shaun was here because our hot water heater was out. The first time he was able to get it working but said that it might need a new part if it goes out again. He also wanted to contact the manufacturer the next day to ask about their experience with this problem. He did contact them and then followed up with me.
Well, it went out again in March. Shaun came out and after taking a look at it he suggested that I have Doug from BFS Heating and Cooling come out. Shaun had previously contacted Doug to ask if he worked on the brand that we have and found that Doug is very familiar with it. Shaun called Doug to let him know what was going on and asked that Doug call me which he did.
Shaun consistently takes the extra step to ensure that the job is done properly and the customer is satisfied. Rather than telling me that I needed to find a heating and cooling company, Shaun referred me to one that he knew had the necessary experience.
Shaun is friendly, professional, fair and trustworthy. Although I hope to never have plumbing problems I at least know that if I do Shaun is there to fix the problem.

He was on time, pleasant, fast and cost effective. He know how to treat his customers right!

We called Shaun about replacing our 30 year old water heater that was giving us cold water. He said he would be cheaper for us if we bought the water heater and paid him for the service call and installation. Sounded good to us. Since we had no hot water for showing, he came out within a few days after I called him. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He even came out on a Sunday to install it! If anything goes wrong, Shaun is the man to call. Would highly recommend him!

The city put a new high pressure sewer line in by our house. Starting last December, we started having intermittent sewer smells. We had a couple of other plumbers in to try and get to the root of the problem with no results. Shaun put a lot of effort into getting to the bottom of it, and eventually found an un-capped pipe behind the wall in our kitchen. Total, he probably spent three hours on two occasions trying to figure it out and only charged us $150.
Shaun struck me as very honest, professional, and competent. I highly recommend him!

Shaun was fabulous! I called him at 11.30pm because a pipe was leaking. He came right over, not only fixed it, but gave me lots of extremely helpful tips. Great service and price. I would recommend him very very strongly and fully intend to use him to do any plumbing jobs I need in the future. He was so helpful to make sure my water heater and furnace, that I had switched off, were restarted before he left. Really went above and beyond considering it was the middle of the night!!!

The buyers of our old house had requested that we do some work to our shower in our basement. I received Shaun's information from The Handyman Can and he agreed to do the work on 7/5 on short notice. Shaun arrived at my house and fixed everything within an hour. He kept working for the full hour even though he completed the agreed to work before this. I would recommend him.

I called Peace of Mind Plumbers in a panic (who doesn't?) about a leaky pipe in my basement.
Shaun quickly diagnosed the problem by phone and said he would juggle his schedule to try to make it out the same day. Then he offered to look at a picture of my pipe if I emailed it to him. Great idea! I did and he called back, telling me he would come out even sooner because the leak looked serious. He came our ahead of schedule, fixed the pipe in about 15 minutes, and did it all for a great price, with super service.
I was blown away by the experience -- fast, friendly, and at a fair price, with no surprises. I will never call another plumber ... and I have recommended Peace of Mind Plumbers to all my friends.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Peace of Mind Plumbing. Shaun showed up on time, he was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, respectful, very reasonably priced, trustworthy, and just an overall great guy. I was amazed that he would take time out of his day to teach me how to better maintain my plumbing going forward, you just don't come across customer service like that anymore. I've dealt with many different plumbers in the past and they were nowhere near as good as Shaun. I will not hesitate to call them in the future.

When they first called he answered right away, and was willing to work their tight schedules for a time to come out. They got a call from him about 30 minutes before he got there just letting them know he was on his way. When he got to their house the first thing he did was introduce himself and diagnose the problem. He gave them a price upfront before any work was done, and stuck to it. When the repair was made he walked into the basement and showed them where the main water valve and main gas valve was. The best part was when he called them a couple of days later to make sure everything was ok and working.

I have been extraordinarily happy with the services that Shaun has performed in my home. He is very willing to talk on the phone about any plumbing problems that I am experiencing. He suggests things that I might try on my own, and if I don't have luck with something, then he is more than willing to come out and take a look at the situation. His services are very reasonably priced and I trust his work 100%. He is reliable and shows up when he says he will be there. He is fair and looks at a problem and offers multiple solutions so that the homeowner does not feel as though they are being forced into spending a fortune to fix something. The thing that I respect the most about Peace of Mind Plumers is that Shaun will take the time to talk with you about a project. He will listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions until I am satisfied that I understand the problem and the solution. I highly recommend the services provided by Peace of Mind Plumbers.
