Olympic was called, and twice emailed with our specs to refurbish our swimming pool. We accommodated their representative's schedule, and postponed our decision, waiting to receive their estimate. The estimate never arrived; not on the first, second, or third day it was promised. It is hard to imagine awarding them the contract based on their indifference in even getting us the bid.
Description of Work: Work was not performed since Olympic couldn't seem to find the time to provide the estimate.
