Dave and his team were very punctual and performed all of the work per the contract. In addition to the basic sand and refinish, Dave put forth extra time and effort to restore some considerable surface damage and gaps between planks. These repairs were over and above expectations.

We did however haave 2 considerable issues during the work.

While sanding the floors, there was a malfunction with the vacuums being used and our house was unexpectedly inundated with dust. To help us with the dust, Dave and my super contractor comped me with an excellent house cleaner which was much appreciated.

As for the final coats of floor protectant, we had asked Dave to use robust scratch resistant finishes to be tolerant of kids and pets. Unfortunatelly, the product application resulted in several imperfections on the initial attempt. Dave graciously came out 2 more times and repeated the finishing process without additional cost until the floor had a suitable finish.

We are glad that Dave was able to promptly address our concerns, but in the end we were off of our floors longer than expected and would have preferred a smoother overall end-to-end experience.
