You will meet Jim, our manager, who has been a fixture at our location for almost 15 years or Reed, the owner, who has over 34 years in the industry and 17 years at Shakopee Midas!

I thought my car had a bad starter and I had it towed to Shakopee Midas. They determined it was not the starter but a bad relay switch. They put a new relay switch at no charge. They could have put in a new starter and I would not have known the difference but they are a honest shop and that is why I have been bringing my cars there for the last few years.

Do check out another Midas shops if you are unhappy -- they are not all run the same. Midas does honor the lifetime warranty (even though one shop would not) Don't be in a rush to have work done -- if a shop does not feel right -- it probably is not. Do find a good shop and give them repeat business. Don't be too picky over price -- having the work done right is more important.
