We love them. We have taken our dogs there for at least 10 years if not more. We have always had wonderful experiences there. We found other places that have been more pricey so I think they do a good job. They always call back. I would absolutely use them again.

Their prices are all very good and the vet is very knowledgeable. He owns almost all his own machines. For instance, he does the blood test right there and can give you all the details. He's willing to go out of his way. He'll figure out medication doses for guinea pigs, which is pretty unusual.

My senior cat was thoroughly examined before the dental procedure and was awake and ready to go in the early afternoon. I chose this veterinarian in part because of his gentle anesthesia protocol. The cats I have I had other procedures done on at Main Street Vet never come home staggering or wobbly, which has been an experience I have unfortunately had at other clinics in the past. Not only were dental xrays done, but when I came to pick my cat up Dr. Gaskin showed me the xrays, pointed out what was wrong, what was done and why. He also presented me with a printout that had images of the xrays and and quot;before and afterand quot; of my cat's mouth along with notations explaining what was in the photos. I have never received this kind of detailed information from any other clinic I have been to. My cat is doing great, has pearly white teeth and no longer has a painful mouth.
