I purchased a French patio door and installation on 8/22/24. I am STILL waiting 9 months later! JeldWen even sent the wrong product before so I wait and wait as I am out of pocket 7,847.59 plus interest! To add insult to injury I am extremely frustrated with Lowe’s inability to add my receipts to my rewards account. I tried with two different representatives and while one tried I was cut off by both. I sent my receipts to my salesperson Ryan Quade on 2/18/25. He responded on 2/20/25 saying “I have sent this information off attempting to get help in this matter.” I sent emails asking about this 3/18, 3/24 and 4/11 and zero response. This is beyond frustrating and I expect to be compensated for the egregious delay, the rewards points fiasco and the lack of communication from my salesperson or store. Emailed store manager and installation lead twice and never received a response. Nothing but crickets. I do not recommend ever purchasing any installation product from Lowe’s. Run far away.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! The absolute WORST installation experience I have ever had. We ordered a front door and storm door to be installed, it took 3 months to get the door, everything about the door measured incorrectly, there has been almost no communication during the process, the contractor half assed an install the incorrect door because they removed our original door before making sure it was correct and destroyed it when they removed it. Then when we asked for a phone number to contact someone, the contractor snuck away before giving us any information and left our uninstalled storm door leaning up against our garage. To get any information we had to sit on hold with the installer scheduler for an hour and a half to be told that we basically have to wait and allow them to go through their process to get our new door ordered, still we have no number to contact anyone. NEVER AGAIN would I trust LOWES to install anything for me. The nightmare continues, update-we are now at 2-3 months later. They never came back to reinstall the incorrect door properly like they had promised. The “manager” that was supposedly handling our problem is no longer with the company and we were never informed. Today we called the store for an update and they hung up on us while we waited on hold. Posting a picture of how their “contractor” left our door. There is nothing sealing the door from outside and there are spots where you can see outside while the door is closed

Everything went wonderful! There was a lot of custom work; they had to hand cut a lot of the work. They took their time on my estimate. They were very honest and upfront about all of their pricing. For no extra charge they gave me 18 months of free credit! I was very happy with the service!

LOWE'S is not good. They wanted to put the toilet in with a 2 inch discrepancy between the front and the back of the toilet after they put the floor in. If you had it set on the pipe the front of the toilet was 2 inches off the floor. They wanted to install the toilet like that and we wouldn't let them do it. They finally refunded the money. They had hired somebody to do it and I don't know if that guy was licensed or not. They hired somebody to put the floor in and the floor underneath was leveled and they had a 2 inch discrepancy on when they put the floor in between the front and the back of the toilet. The price was good and that's why we went and did it. I would not recommend them. I would rate the cooperation an 'F'. We had to go to the attorney general's office both here and South Carolina to get things straightened out. They much didn't do anything for us.

They came out and began to remove the floor when the realized my sub floor was rotted. They informed me that they didn't do woodwork and that I would need to find someone else to replace the floors and then they would come back out and finish the job. So, now I have no bathroom.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It was very good and we were very happy with it. They accepted it without any problems. It was just great and it worked slick as all get out. It was really good. Their service is always excellent. The Lowe's personnel are always accessible and friendly and happy to answer questions. Everything is easy to find in the store so it was a great experience.

We were looking to replace attic ladder and also wanted a bid for insulation. Ladder situation did not work out (very unconventional attic access) and bid seemed to be a bit high for the insulation. Wanted to get other bids.

We are in the process of remodeling our kitchen. I saw a local ad with what appeared were excellent prices for Lowes so decided to go look/order them. We got to the store on a Wednesday night around 4:00. No one offered to help us. We looked around the store and found the appliances we wanted to order on our own. The only sales person around was helping another customer and didn't appear to know what she was doing. We were finally approached and asked if we needed help. We said yes, we'd like to order several appliances (total over $5,000.00). We said we did not want the only sales person we saw but guess what, that is who we got. She wrote down the appliances we wanted to order and then proceeded to the computer. She spent over 1/2 hour (not exaggerating) trying to input 2 and quot;installand quot; orders for the dishwasher and microwave. I then asked what she had on the computer wondering why my other appliances were not on there. She said these were install items that had a charge. I said and quot;whatand quot;? I didn't know there was an install fee. She said yes, $200.00 for the microwave and $170.00 for the dishwasher. The prices of the items were $199.00 for the microwave and $299.00 for the dishwasher. I said this is ridiculous, turned and walked out the door. WHY were we not told about these install charges when we originally said we wanted these appliances? Why did it take over 1/2 hour just to enter 2 items for install. I have never been so frustrated in my life. She must have asked my husband for his phone # at least 5 times. No one seemed to know what they were doing - very incompetent. This was the Shakopee MN store. In all fairness, we had dealt with Lowes of Mankato before and had OUTSTANDING customer service in that store. I will never set foot in the Shakopee store again.

I ordered a freezer online, the online description was wrong so when the appliance was delivered it was the correct item but the specs were not what i was expecting. I tried to get it rectified and had to contact them several times and at different levels of management to finally get a response. The offered to replace it which they did with a severely dented freezer which was supposedly new. They would also set up delivery dates unilaterally without speaking to me. One of the times when they set up a delivery time, they didn't even show up. All in all, the freezer works, it is the wrong color and quite dented, and the whole thing took about a month to get taken care of.

The salesman was nice. When I had the appliances delivered and installed (paying extra for that service) is when the problems began. The people who delivered and installed them were inexperienced at best. (I'm being kind here!) They did not install the dishwasher properly, so it leaked, but after many bath towels soaking up the water on my floor, they fixed that. When they left I was busy putting things in the regrigerator and they TOOK my stove. They knew they were supposed to leave all of the appliances, and they left the old dishwasher, refrigerator, above stove microwave, but took the nearly new stove. I have to wonder if one of them has it in their kitchen now. When I called to have the stove returned, I got no satisfaction. Nobody knew anything about it. The story isn't over. When they installed the new refrigerator with ice maker, they turned on ALL of my valves in the basement. You guessed it, I then had frozen pipes from my outside faucets. I had to get a plumber, at no small expense to repair this. Lowe's will do nothing about this either.
