Computer Repair
HE CAME OUT AND DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM WITH THE HELP QMS (THE MANUFACTURER) AND INSTALLED THE PART THAT WAS NEEDED. AFTER INSTALLATION THE TECHNICIAN SAID THAT THIS WASN'T WHAT WAS NEEDED AND SAID HE WOULD SEND US ANOTHER QUOTE FOR MORE WORK. HE DIDN'T SEND US THE OTHER QUOTE BECAUSE WE WERE UNHAPPY WITH THE FACT THAT HE HAD INSTALLED THE WRONG PART. I DON'T MIND PAYING FOR DIAGNOSIS CHARGE AND TRIP. I FEEL LIKE WE SHOULDN'T PAY FOR THIS WORK AS IT DIDN'T SOLVE OUR PROBLEM.
