KOEHNEN'S REPAIR

Mike was again responsive and efficient, he worked the problem until I was satisfied that it was fixed. I would highly recommend his shop for service. I will continue to use Koehnen for my auto service needs.

Excellent, my alternator died on Friday evening, I called Mike up on Saturday morning, he was able to fit me in for an alternator replacement even though he was only working until about noon. I have used Mike multiple times over the past couple years for brake work, oil changes, and now an alternator. All work is done right, he doesn't try to sell you costly repairs that are not needed.

On New Year's eve the blower fan on my Kia Sportage quit working. Of course it was the coldest weekend of the year! I have had Mike at Koehnen's perform service on my Kia in the past. I couldn't reach him on New Year's Eve weekend but left my car in front of his shop with a note about what needed repair. I called first thing when the shop opened and he said he'd take a look and call me back. Within an hour he called back confirming that the blower motor had gone out and the cost to replace it. He did the replacement and the amount he estimated to me on the phone was the exact amount on the bill when I arrived to pick up my car that afternoon. Mike is very trustworthy and does a great job! I will continue to have my car repairs and service performed by Koehnen's Repair as I find it a very reliable and trustworthy shop.
