"our warranty clearly states the we cover all pipes from inside the house to the outside of the house and then to the ground. We do NOT cover anything in the ground! DO TO FROST HEVE. When I went to this house, I turned on the water and i had water flowing out of this valve box and i had 2 zones running, I opened the box put my hand inside to feel around to determine where the water was flowing from, discovered that the manifold system was cracked, and the valves where bad. The customer was in the garage and I explained to him that he needed his valves and box re-done and then he would be set to go. He said "ok" and I said it would be a couple of weeks before i could get to him, and said "ok" he was in a hurry to get out of town!!! His total bill was $660.87 & we discounted it $500.00 for the repairs. At this time the customer has stilled refused to pay us. Looks like we have to go to court to get our money. I did pull his sheet from the previous year and he sent me a copy also and his system was fine when we shut down that year, the cause of this problem was do to FROST HEVE and that is not covered under any warranty. In the spring we sent out contracts, that gave every customer a chance at reduced labor rates for repairs, this customer choose not to sign."
