From the start Catherine DeMars in the carpet and flooring department was excellent. She helped us select excellent padding and carpeting at a reasonable price. She showed a special on carpet, which we ended up buying that was of excellent quality and exactly what we wanted at less cost then we originally planned on. The the installers, (Crew 2) also were excellent, courteous and very professional. They new exactly what to do and how to do it. Unexpected problems were dealt with as they came up to our satisfaction.
