Very polite and professional. He did an outstanding job on my carpets. I have been with a major carpet cleaning company for years and have disappointed with their constant up selling and customer service and needed a change. I decided to try someone new and work with a smaller company and was very happy with the results. The price was outstanding, carpets look great and I will work with him again and let others know.

AMAZING!  Goes the extra mile.  He has been cleaning for my mother for years.  Several times a year - her office, home, and also some work for her home owners association. 

Work was very well done.  Very honest.  He even told me things he didn't think needed cleaning which saved me $, but took it from his pocket.  Timely.  Personable.  High quality work.

I have used him before and he does a beautiful job. I was thinking about replacing the carpet, but he made it look like new. He is really efficiant. He is very much a profectionist. The process he uses is not very intrusive at all. It doesn't smell bad and you can walk on it after about 20 min.

I made a mistake and put incorrect date in my planner. Ken was very kind about my error, and worked around his schedule to come on the date I thought he was coming on. He never complained.

He was really friendly and very nice; the price was also very reasonable. He moved all my furniture which was fabulous but the carpets were not that clean and the spots came back very quickly.

They were good. I had them come when I moved into my house; when we did the final walk through on the house it was a disaster. They were able to come that same day so it was very short notice.

Ken does an excellent job cleaning, and he is fast and professional. 
Our 15-year old carpeting is a very light color. High traffic areas in hallways and in front of bedroom and bathroom doors had darkened over the years, and I couldn't get them clean any more with my own equipment, but Ken took care of those pesky areas so all the carpeting is the same color again.

Everything went wonderfully ? but then, everything always does when Ken is involved.
I have relied on Ken Hennes exclusively for carpet and furniture cleaning since 2006 and I'm sure I'll keep hiring him so long as we're both on the Earth. He is smart, friendly, easy-going, flexible, hard-working, punctual, speedy and remarkably good at his work.  I've used a number of other carpet cleaners over the years and no one else can match him for quality and cleverness.  His ability to refresh my tired carpet is amazing and his skill at removing seemingly intractable "mystery stains" is unparalleled.  His prices are so reasonable they're almost ridiculous, and I always make a point of tipping him generously.  He's totally worth it!

He is excellent.  He also does stain removal and everything.  He moves everything around so it makes it very helpful.  He is always on time and very flexible with availability.  His price really wasn't too bad and for the whole house, it was very reasonable.

Ken responded quickly to my phone call and when I unexpectedly had to postpone the cleaning the night before, he rescheduled without a problem. He worked quickly and got my carpets more clean than I could have hoped, I was planning on getting new carpeting but decided to see what a cleaning would do. The carpets look as good as new.
