Excellent! We had an electrician wire our master bedroom for a light and ceiling fan (cathedral ceiling) and 2 other bedrooms. We had a 2.5 x 2.5 foot hole in the ceiling which needed insulation and drywall repair. Pat was recommended by a friend and his estimate was the lowest of 4 that we received. He did a beautiful job with the ceiling; the texture and color match perfectly. We wanted to paint the rooms on our main floor (kitchen, living rooms, and entry, hallway) but the drywall needed repair throughout these rooms (tape and nail pops, cracks in walls). Pat made the repairs and skim coated where needed. After Pat started the job, I started removing wall paper from the kitchen and realized the poor condition of the walls so he also removed the wall paper I couldn't get to and made repairs and skim coated the kitchen walls. He was very professional, punctual, personable, and his price was very reasonable
