+ -1 moreGEORGE IS A NICE MAN, BUT HE SEVERELY OVERESTIMATED HIS ABILITY TO REDO A PREVIOUS JOB WHICH WAS DONE INCORRECTLY. WORKED ALL DAY ON JOB BUT IMPROVEMENT WAS ONLY MARGINAL. AT END OF PROJECT CONCLUDED THAT ORIGINAL WORK WAS WORSE THAN EXPECTED.
Description of Work: ATTEMPTED TO REGROUT AND RECAULK WORK DONE BY PREVIOUS CONTRACTOR WHICH WAS DONE INCORRECTLY.
