The owner, Bill, has a good eye for colors and thoroughly went thru samples with me.  He even took me to the carpet company for the final selection.  He was oversaw the installation in person, the team did an excellent job, and I could not be happier the the quality.  I highly recommend Eagle Creek Exteriors for carpet installation.

The crew arrived when scheduled and were respectful and did not blare loud  radio music.  They did not loaf and did an excellent job of installing the new roof and did some touching up after I inspected.  Bill Haverstock, the owner, took pictures for the city inspection, which it passed.  I was very impressed with the kick-outs for rain runoff that were installed.  Bill makes sure no shortcuts are taken.  The workers thoroughly went over the area with a magnet roller and I have not found any nails.  Most of all, I trust Eagle Creek Exteriors to do a superb job and go the extra mile.  My new roof looks fantastic!

Bill went over my options as to cost and quality of windows available, explained the energy efficency ratings, and was knowledgeable about the manufacturers.  I felt I got a good price.  For my family room, he suggested a picture window rather than replacing with the previous style that had a divider in the middle.  What an improvement!  I love the picture window!  He approaches and executes his work with the same care, integrity, and excellence as an artist to his canvas.  Bill is not satisfied with ?good enough,? only excellence, and will not consider a job "finished" until he and the customer and are satisfied, and he is his toughest critic.

For the basement hopper windows, Bill thought of the replacing the inside of the casements with wood instead of plaster.  This is another example of the great ideas he comes up with.

I was impressed with the attention to detail including little things like spray painting my heat and exhaust vents to match the roof color. i had some concerns regarding the old flashing around our chimney so the owner of the company, Mr. Haverstock, personally got up on the roof to make sure that the new job was done to perfection. Mr. Bill Haverstock, was on site the whole day making sure that all of my questions and concerns were answered or taken care of.  You will not find a more dedicated, knowledgeable, and hard working person than Mr. Haverstock. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new roof who wants a job done right and at a competitive price.

 My insurance agent recommended having a contractor come out to look at my roof.  I selected Bill Haverstock at Eagle Creek Exteriors and one other from Angie's List.  Bill returned my email immediately and we spoke the next morning.  He drove to Jordan that afternoon and walked the roof.  I did file an insurance claim on Bill's recommendation.  Bill met the adjuster when he came out and went up on the roof with the adjuster.  One week later I had a new roof.  Bill had excellent communication and did what he said he would do.  The roofing supplies were delivered the day before the work was done.  Bill subcontracted a roofing crew who were excellent!  The crew protected my landscaping with tarps, moved chairs and pots out of the way, and finished the roof in one day.  About 11 people were in the crew and they were hard workers.  They cleaned everything up really well, and used a magnetic roller everywhere to pick up any stray roofing nails.  Altogether a very good experience.  Couldn't be more pleased.
