CHEAPEST BID WE RECEIVED, BUT THIS IS THE PERFECT EXAMPLE OF WHY NOT TO GO WITH A COMPANY THAT IS NOT ON ANGIE'S LIST. THIS TRANSACTION WAS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE REPLETE WITH BROKEN PROMISES. INITIAL CRACK FILLING AND SEAL COATING WAS COMPLETED ON AUG. 22. NOT ALL CRACKS WERE FILLED SO I ASKED THAT THEY COME BACK, FILL THE CRACKS AND RE-SEALCOAT THOSE AREAS AS WELL. I WAS TOLD SEVERAL DIFFERENT TIMES THAT THEY'D BE THERE TO DO THE JOB BEFORE THEY FINALLY CAME BACK A COUPLE OF WEEKS LATER. THEY DID NOT RE-SEAL COAT. I CALLED AND RAISED THIS ISSUE TO WHICH JEFF, THE OWNER, SAID TO GIVE THEM TIL MID OCTOBER AND IF WE WERE STILL UNSATISFIED THEY'D COME OUT AND MAKE THINGS RIGHT. ALSO, BY THAT POINT I HAD BEEN PROMISED A RECEIPT OF SALE SEVERAL TIMES TO NO AVAIL. FLASH FORWARD TO OCTOBER 10. I CONTACT JEFF. AFTER TWO WEEKS OF COUNTLESS PROMISES THEY FINALLY RE- SEALCOAT ON OCT 26, BUT DON'T FILL IN THE NEWLY FORMED CRACKS. TO TOP IT OFF I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED A RECEIPT.
Description of Work: CLEANING 1800 SQ FT ASPHALT DRIVEWAY, CRACK FILLING AND SEAL COATING.
