Chris was very unprofessional and extremely difficult to get in contact with. At one point during a phone conversation, he swore at me regarding my efforts to close on a loan that was nearly 2 weeks past the date on the purchase agreement (and a week past the date that he requested I have the sellers agree to on an amended contract). He insinuated that I was but one client here in MN and that he had other buyers in Florida that provided much more business for him, so he needed to focus on the ones that brought in the big dollars. The title agency also expressed multiple frustrations with contacting Chris and his staff to complete the close and funding.
