Signature Renovations and Remodeling

I contacted this vendor in regards to a master bathroom remodel. It's been 10 days since my initial message and I've received no response.

Very professional work.  Worked well with our insurance claim.

Bob,  I am writing to express me sincere thanks for the wonderful work you did on my home in Lake Elmo. After having numerous problems with my builder, I found your guidance in the development, layout, and design of my home refreshing. My only regret is that you were not on board in the beginning of the building process, as the lower level that you did is so much more beautiful than the upper level. Contractors like you are few and far between.  The cherry round peninsula, arched walls, unbelievable bar, lighting behind mirrors, custom six-foot pocket door, huge built in buffet on wheels, built in dressers and desks etc, turned out more beautiful than I ever imagined. The sheet rockers, cabinetmakers, heating and air conditioning, millwork suppliers and others that you brought on board were top notch all the way.   I’ve worked next to some exceptional carpenters in my younger days but none as brilliant and easy to work with as you. I don’t think anything intimidates you. I am so grateful for you getting me on track and not allowing me or anyone else to take shortcuts on my home. I receive many compliments on your work such as “That is the nicest bar I have ever seen” and “ How could you ever be satisfied with less after having this” or “This is really something” or “I can’t believe it”. To this day I marvel at the quality of your craftsmanship. I enjoy watching people stop to take it all in before walking on to the next room. It is a truly humbling experience to be associated with someone with your flair and attention to detail.   In addition, what you charged was more than fair. Your ability to see what needs to be done, how to do it and your amazing ability to accomplish quality in such short order makes what you charge a real bargain.  Please feel free to use me as a reference in the future as I can’t say enough good about you or your work!  In appreciation,  Wayne  Lake Elmo MN.

Everything was done in a timely fashion.  Subcontractors called when they were on their way so I would expect them at the door.  The entire group was made of personable individuals.

Like I stated before, I am not sure the process could have gone any better. I always knew where we were at and what to expect.

I am glad that I was referred to Signature, and it made me feel secure that his web-site had many pictures of past projects and I was able to speak to previous clients.
