Work was done well but estimate was very confusing with Eric charging for time and materials. We thought we were paying $60.00 an hour for 2 carpenters. Instead he charged us $60.00 an hour for each carpenter. We were charged for trips made to pick up scaffolding to work on our job and every trip made to multiple lumberyards. We paid for all materials with nothing left with us. Example tarp that he took with him and each saw blade that he used. I was told by another carpenter that saw blades are just part of the job and not to be itemized.
