Freddie listens to our requests, asks good questions and has added value to each project by bring forth ideas and suggestions to enhance the project. He is very reliable, trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable and truly concerned about designing and completing the project to meet our needs. The custom window project was unique and Freddie brought the Pella Window Company rep to our home to discuss our options, which was a very informative and beneficial discussion. Freddie is an effective communicator and did a great job of keeping us tuned into the project status/developments as it moved forward. We highly recommend Serda Remodeling and will continue to use Freddie on future projects.

I called Serda Remodeling for an estimate on my project and received a returned phone call within the hour. We scheduled an appointment and they were prompt. I received a written estimate within two days. Pricing was fair and we moved forward. Sure glad we did. Work was done neatly with minimal disruption to my daily life. Very professional. Great job! Highly recommend.

At the beginning everything went great. We liked Freddy and he didn't try to get us to do more work like a number of others that we interviewed. The shower replacement went as planned. However Freddy had to come back and re-do the grout/caulk at the base of the shower because it kept cracking. After fixing a few times without success, Freddy offered to rip out the shower and re-do it. It has been 4 months of us leaving messages for Freddy to schedule a time to do the work but he has not returned our calls. We've given up.

Absolutely awesome! He was prompt, responsive, professional; kept me updated on a daily basis as the plan for the day. There were some changes due to the city inspector and codes and we were able to agree on a fair price for his services and me. His team was excellent as well!

EXCELLENT. Freddie and his staff were always punctual and often arrived early and worked late. Freddie met with me before the start of each day to communicate the goals for the day; he met with me at the end of each day to report progress. He kept me informed at all times. He called or texted me during the day if there were issues or changes to discuss. He arranged for me to be present when the City of Burnsville had inspections. He is a true professional who strives for excellence in his work and customer service. He did what he said he would do in a timely manner, communicated at all times, and delivered excellent work and service. The references he provided to me prior to my decision to hire his company all provided excellent reports on the projects he completed for them and advised they used him for other projects.
