We have been using this shop for many years with different family vehicles.
The quality of work is declining year after year.
They performed an oil and oil filter change about a year ago on my wife's Lexus
RX350. We noticed a heavy oil leak in the garage the next day - we went back and they said there is nothing wrong, just some "remaining" oil in the engine cover after the oil change. We kept seeing fresh oil drops in the garage. They finally admitted that there is oil leaking from the oil filter. I watched the oil filter change and noticed that the oil filter cover was missing (well, they lost it.....). No more leaks after the oil filter change.
Last week they performed an oil and oil filter change on our son's VW Jetta. Same bad work - I noticed large oil drops on our paved driveway. We went back and they claimed - again - they did nothing wrong and replaced the oil filter adaptor.
I asked them to pay for the paver replacement - they declined. Around 10 pavers need to be replaced, costing me several hundred $.
So, this was the last time we will ever use this shop.
