Randy Trinka Plastering

I've hired Randy for three rooms of my home and he's done exceptional work each time. The fact that he can make walls look great despite the fact that I do DIY drywall hanging is really saying something. His pricing is very fair, and he treats the home like it's his own. He's the only guy I call and I've referred him to friends and family who have had similar great experiences. If I had more rooms, I would hire him again without hesitation!

About 12 years ago, Randy repaired badly damaged walls and restored decorative plasterwork for us, which turned out great. Recently, when we needed ceiling work done on our 110 year old home, I was thrilled that Randy was able to do the work for us. I knew I could trust him to do the job right and I was not disappointed. Randy is a perfectionist in his work and he left the jobsite incredibly clean. I would call him for any plaster job...he knows how to do it right.

We are repeat Randy customers. When it comes to plaster – there is no one else I would trust more for quality workmanship! He does an incredibly thorough and professional job. His motto: do it right, or don't do it at all. We know that Randy will give us quality service on every surface.

Randy did a great job! Honest and friendly. Showed up on time and got the job done when he said he would. With water damage, we expected to have a huge bill for cleanup but he was able to confirm there was no mold and kept the bill reasonable.

We had an ice dam that resulted in a damaged ceiling and walls. Randy did excellent work. He repaired the damaged areas of the ceiling (plaster over drywall) and removed the popcorn to a smooth finish. He also repaired the damaged plaster walls, including an intricate architectural archway, to perfection. He is clearly a hard worker and an expert at this, and he was ultra-careful to take care of the home and keep it clean despite loads of dust. Highly recommend him!

Great! Randy arrived on time and cleaned up all the mess. We have used him in the past and will use him in the future.

It went very well. I contacted several plasterers and Randy was the only one who actually followed up, One said he was too busy, the others did not return calls. Randy came over in a day or two, gave me a bid and said it would be about 3 weeks. 2 week later he called and said he could start the next day. He was here on 5 consecutive mornings, plastering can't be done in a day. He was always right on time every day. Started on a Tuesday, finished on a Saturday. Work looks really good. It's great to get the plaster work done.

Randy did excellent work on both jobs. I would definitely hire him in the future and would recommend him. His prices are very good and he does great work. He communicates well by phone and text. He shows up when he's supposed to. Randy made sure I knew what primer/paint to use after he was done with both jobs so I could paint the rooms correctly.

Work is so seamless with existing plaster that it's impossible to tell where the work was done.

Randy did a great job replastering my bathroom and fixing a large crack in the sheetrock in my family room. His bid was reasonable, he showed up when he said he was going to, he got the job done quickly, he cleaned up after he worked and he answered my questions. I'd hire him again and I've already recommended him to neighbors.

He asked good questions on the phone, and agreed to look at my situation. They he called back when he said he would and confirmed our time. When he came to look at my wall he was deliberate. He did not rush to the suggest remedies. He took time to talk through the causes and possible remedies. Eventually we agreed upon a solution - and it came at a reasonable price. We scheduled the work and he performed it exactly as agreed. I cannot recommend Randy Trinka highly enough for his plaster skills.

Randy performed a professional job. Re did what he said he was going to do and more. This was the second time I hired Randy, and both times he exceeded my expectations. Randy is my go-to guy for any wall work that needs to be done.

Randy did a great job.   We were preparing to sell our home and wanted to re-do our bedroom ceiling.   He worked an evening and on Saturday to accommodate us.  He was always on time, did great work, and cleaned up when he was done.  He even called a week later to make sure we were happy with the results.   We would definitely use Randy again.

The repair to our ceiling is not even noticeable, you cant even tell. Very timely and clean and picked up after themselves and great to work with. I have used them in the past and will use them in the future.

Everything went perfectly from start to finish. He is easy to work with, punctual and does very professional work.

We have used Randy for 8 years on our drywall projects.  He is extremely good at what he does.  From our bathroom, to fixing a family room job from a bad drywaller, to our recent living room project Randy is on time (he shows up when he says he will), he works hard, is neat and my walls look fantastic.  We will continue to use Randy.

Everything turned out really well. You cannot tell where the patch is at all, and we did not have to paint. We did not compare prices so I cannot rate his prices, but we were very happy with him and would use him again.
