Pilgrim Dry Cleaners & Launderers

The shirts were picked up to be cleaned. When returned, 2 shirts were fine. One shirts was very wrinkled and 2 had stains that they did not have when I sent them out. After contacting Pilgrim, they cleaned the shirts again, but were unable to remove the stains. We worked out a settlement for the 2 shirts and I returned them to Pilgrim. I was supposed to receive a check after they got the shirts back. The check was not sent. Pilgrim sent an email asking me to go to one of the stores to meet with a manager.

We absolutely love them. Anything we need clean they can either clean it themselves or recommend someone else who does a great job.

Staff is always super friendly and professional. Jamie Goodmanson is great. Know who you are when you pull up. Facility is always clean/organized. Really appreciate the drive through drop off/pick up area, the x-press bag program and frequent cleaner/customer loyalty program. We especially appreciate the e-mails they send out to remind you the order is ready. As a person who expects good service wherever i go, be it restaurants, shopping,,etc.. (but often it's mediocre), they really go above and beyond good service. They seem to really care about the service they provide and the customers and their needs. Really appreciate when they send you a letter in the mail that they appreciate our business..a great touch. Never disappointed with the cleaning/dry cleaning service itself or the staff. Very pleased.
